I'm pretty strong and I've never had one of these not be easier to use. These things suck and I've tried to use about 6 (six) of them since they arrived and they're impossible to use. Will not be buying these again for sure and I'm thinking about asking for my money back o the remaining pack that I haven't used yet. DON'T BUY THESE HEAT PACKS!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally!! A good batch of hot packs!!!! *by K***N on May 24, 2018* Listen... my daughter has sickle cell and hot packs are the only thing that sort of calms her down while her pain medicine kicks in when she is having a pain episode. We usually take a bunch from the hospital. But, I decided to order these after another brand I ordered fail to stay hot after 30 seconds. Anyway! These things get HOT!! She can’t even use them right away... she has to let them cool down a little which is awesome! They stay hot for awhile and are EASY TO POP IF YOU FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! I have never to subscribed to ANYTHING on Amazon... but I definitely came back and subscribed to receive this monthly. They work better than the ones from the hospital!!!
