I tried removing the ball marker. I was unable to. However, I noticed there were 2 pieces of metal atop each other and a solid un-stamped disc in the middle. Surely one of these were the ball marker. After 4 hours of attempted prying with a screwdriver I decided to call my local volunteer fire department to borrow their jaws of life. Upon their arrival we discovered the jaws were too wide and were unusable. Since the firemen have been trained in the prying of metal, the 6 of us brainstormed for an hour or so and, at which time the most senior of firemen, a gray-haired fellow with ice in his veins, suggested perhaps the ball marker was not included and had to be purchased separately. BLASPHEMY! I shouted! The description clearly says “Magnetic Ball Marker” and not “Magnetic Ball Marker Holder”. After hugging it out, the firemen left.In order to cope, I decided to call off work for a few days. At the end of day 3, I had to admit defeat. In my broken state, I relocated to the gazebo in my town square. In the early evening hours on a warm spring day, while families were having picnics, moms were pushing strollers, and joggers ran by, I covered myself with molasses and sand and screamed “It’s the magnet only!...it’s the magnet only” a total of 27 times. After receiving a standing ovation, I walked home encouraged that others may have listened to me and will not make the same mistake I did

As far as I can tell these are just the magnet!! That wasn't clear in the description. There is no ball Marker! Must purchase those separately.. I must have missed that somehow.

I lost two of my favorites Ball Markers because the magnet isn't strong enough.

I like the clips. They have a strong hold so the markers won't fall off. They fit on my shoe and my cap brim. the markers are nice with different golf pictures on them. There were 5 in the pack at a great price.

Received Item but delivered in my neighbor's house. Happened twice already. It's good I have a good neighbor

I like putting markers on my hat to mark my ball.and I'am left handed,so it works out great since only magnet on hats are right handers.

These are invaluable tools when playing golf. And, for some reason I lose them so getting a pack is very wise.

I disliked the fact that I anticipated that I would be getting ball markers but instead I just got magnets that hook on a hat.

Unless I’m missing something, these are just the magnetic clips...If the top part is intended as the marker, it’s not removable from the clip.
