Q: What is the net weight of the packaged ground cardamom?

My package is marked 100 grams or 3.5 oz. If it were any larger it would probably get stale before you used it up. I'd guess the volume to be about 1/3 of a cup.This is true for the "Spicy World Of USA" product so I am not certain about this one. Amazon sent me an email asking me about this product which is not the cardamom that I bought.

Q: It says that it’s ground from the seed, but it seems to be the whole pod. It gets really ‘chunky’, doesn’t blend well. Bad pack, or description?

It seems as though moisture got into the pack. Mine was finely ground and dry, no clumps. I think I would send it back.

Q: Is this product produced in a facility that also processes wheat/gluten items?

All it says on the package is it is"Packed in a facility that packages peanuts, other tree nuts, corn, wheat and soy." There is a phone no. 713 661 2972.
