Can this be used on a bed mattress ?

I have never used this on a mattress but I have on my sofa and it removes spill stains very efficiently and leaves behind a nice clean scent.

Does it have bleach in it?

I love this and it doesn't have bleach but sure gets body stains out.

Is this really "baby safe"? The description doesn't say anything about being natural, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free or for sensitive skin.

You are right, the bottle does not say "baby safe". I didn't use this when my kids were little. I use it now on my family's underwear.
