Very numbing
So this arrived today and I’ve had a bottom moler out. An I think I’ve maybe got half a dry socket after 5 days. So I purchased this and some gauze watched a n YouTube how to do it. It taste of clove and is strong but who cares for pain right ? Works immediately I’m that numb but it shocked me. So absolutely 10/10 for pain. Going to sleep with it tonight and check it in the morning. I’m going away Monday so didn’t want to end up in agony with really bad dry socket. So really please I’ve got this with me. It’s expensive but for how much it numbs I can see why.

Works
After reviewing alot I order this product. After my tooth removal I had really bad dry socket. Dentist didn't much for it .I treated my self with it. It's really work. After one use makes the difference.Taste is really geared, but don't bother when too much pain who cares about Taste. It's works....worth to buy.

IT WORKS
I had a dry socket and the dentist packed it but it came out the next day and I was in agony, I went online just to see if you could buy the stuff dentist put it, and found this, I was sceptical and it's not cheap but I would pay £100 to get relief from the pain. It actually works, tastes rotten but who cares if it stops the pain of a dry socket

Brilliant product.
Bought this after a tooth extraction which was extremely painful. The dentist packed the socket with something similar, but I found this much better. Tastes awful, but really worked well for me, and was worth the money.

Wow
Wow, I don't very often do reviews but was so impressed with this product. I have been in pain & discomfort for around 5 days after having a tooth removed. Been popping paracetamol like sweets to little avail. so as I applied it into the hole where my tooth was it was almost instant relief. The taste is absolutely awful & for a little while you're producing a lot of saliva, once it settles down I feel human again. Cannot recommend this product enough.

It’s does help
It’s a good product once you get past the initial taste in your mouth. It’s not perhaps the easiest to pinch to then place in gap.

Hideous fluff
I was expecting more of a paste as described but was just a lot of fiborous pine saturated in oil.I had tiny fibres all over my mouth and throat in the night which irritated and made me cough and it burnt my wisdom tooth extraction site. Not UK suitable. If you want a tickle irritated mouth and throat for days then this is for you with overpowering clove taste and burning.

Great for dry socket after extraction. Helps to ease pain a lot.
I had upper molar extracted but all a bit traumatic as didn't come out cleanly and more digging about was needed in my gum. The pain after was bad but not as bad as the dry socket a few days later. The salt mouth washes and oil of cloves were not cutting it. As an ex dental nurse I remembered that the dentist dressed the extraction site of people's dry sockets with fibrous material to ease pain. This was the closest I could find and honestly was a life saver for four days. I recommend getting a bit out with sterile tweezers and putting it inside a tiny bit of clean gauze ( I cut up a sterile bandage) and then pack in to extraction site. It numbs brilliantly ( doesn't taste great but pain much decreased). I changed the dressing every few hours when the throbbing started up again. After 4 days I was able stop using it as the gum is starting to knit back together. My dentist rang me to move my root filling appointment forward and I told him tooth was already out under emergency appointment and read out was I was using. He said that was fine but if in few days it was unbearable to go back to get it checked. Luckily getting better.Recommend to put it in gauze as the material is quite friable and you don't wont to be digging it out of extraction site. Also recommend corsodyl to wash out mouth in between changing dressings.
