Very soft memory foam. Comes in a handy bag which is attached so you dong lose it. Also come with batteries . My only issue is it is very loud and the vibrate it fierce. It only has one setting so you can't make it softer which would be nice

This collar is soft and supports the neck and thus the head very well. It will be really useful on long flights and at home if you suffer from a painful neck because of hours in front of a computer screen or hunched over a desk. My family was divided over the vibratory aspect. I personally did not get on with this, finding it too --well --vibratory, enough to make me feel as if my bones were vibrating rather than my muscles. It didn't really massage. However my son liked it. On the other hand my wife didn't. The son has it now. It may be just down to personal preference

Nice soft pillow, made of something that feels a bit like memory foam and moulds to your neck. It takes a little while to unrumple from the carrier pouch (which zips handily into the back of the pillow) - but once its out it fills out eventually. It takes two AA batteries which are easy to install, and buzzes to give a nice gentle neck massage. I was a bit worried about how 'loud' it sounded when round my neck, but when I gave it to my partner to try I couldn't hear him buzzing at all, so you don't need to worry about sounding strange on the plane!! Good for those who travel long distances and a sick of getting a crick in the neck from trying to sleep sitting up!

When you get this it arrives in a small pouch. When you first take it out it doesn't look anything like the picture, but after a couple of minutes it will have filled itself out and look much better.This is very comfortable to use as a travel pillow and this is where the stars in my rating have come from. The other stars were lost due to not liking it at all as a massager. It only has one speed which is very fast with a lot of vibrations. When turned on the vibrations didn't feel in any way comfortable and it is very loud. It certainly isn't something I would want to be turning on if travelling, you might get some strange looks from other passengers!

I suffer from pains in my neck and shoulder if I sleep awkwardly and this neck massager arrived at just the right time! When you open the box the massager is wrapped in its protective bag, which you unzip and then tuck into a pouch at the back of the ring. There are also 2 AA batteries in the box, which you insert into the battery holder which is inside another zipped compartment on one of the arms (there's an instruction booklet which explains this clearly). The on-off switch is a small leather-covered button on the top of the same arm.When in use there's only one speed and vibration level, which is quite strong. It's also rather noisy! You couldn't watch TV or listen to the radio when using it. I found that when I leant back against the sofa with the massager in place the buzzing and vibration intensified. I would therefore recommend only using this device when you are suffering from aches and pains which you want to alleviate - it's certainly not a relaxation aid.It's covered in a plush cream coloured velour-type material which feels very comfortable but I fear it's going to get grubby very quickly. The instructions recommend cleaning it with a damp sponge but I do think a removable or wipe-clean covering such as leatherette would be more hygienic, especially if more than one member of the family is going to be using it.It did ease my neck and shoulder pain though, so I would recommend it.

This item was not comfortable to use. The first negative is the noise from the motor inside the massager. The next is that however it was placed it did not feel comfortable. If you are sensitive to any pressure on your neck and we are then it feels unpleasant when vibrating. Also, there is quite a long list of medical conditions that you should not use it with. The plus is that the cover/bag folds up into a zipped compartment. The unit comes with batteries and these are easy to fit.

This is so comfortable tithe touch. It has a smooth soft feel to it. It comes with two AA batteries so saves you having to buy them. The massager comes in hits own draw string case.
