IT WORKS!
I have used Beano for decades, handy pill form, very effective, have no desire to try any other product. I follow instructions, chewing tabs just before eating gassy foods.

These help ward off gas and bloating from my high fiber diet.
I am in the Mediterranean Diet which consists of a LOT of fibrous foods. My doctor also wants me to eat even MORE fiber because I have had stomach issues and he thinks the additional fiber will help to regulate my system. With high fiber comes boating and gas. After I started eating additional fiber, it was pretty embarrassing to be around people. I also felt like my stomach was going to burst from being bloated. I bought Beano to see if it would help and it does! Whew. I take a couple before a particularly high fiber meal and I don't get much, if any gas. Bloating is reduced as well. There are only 15 servings in the bottle i bought (2 tablets per serving) so I am going to have to find a larger bottle to buy! I don't take these all the time. If I am at home and I only offend hubby, I don't bother. (He's used t it, poor guy.) But I do make sure they are with me when I go out to eat with family or friends or go to a party where there is food that could likely cause gas. These are safe to take with any medications (per my doctor) and they work well. Not perfectly. I still do get gas and some bloating, but it is greatly reduced. I can even take a couple of these after a meal and they help.
