I mainly bought it to place my passport in it while going trough airports in/out international.But I got a little bit more than what I wanted; this is basically a square wallet, which has all of the pockets and zipper combinations to put your life inside.In real life I would place in it the passport, plane ticket if not digital, one credit card, and few bills in it for airport expenses.Of course I can fill it with all of the contents of my wallet, but it just doesn’t make sense.If I fill it up with all of my wallet contents, once I get out of an airport or if I am inside of a plane, I will not want to carry so much stuff hanging from my neck, so it comes the issue of what to do with it afterwardsI can put it in my jeans front pocket, but when I seat down, it just bothers me.I can only place inside of my travel pack.The fold twice with an overlap it’s the original configuration like a standard sized walletIf I rewove the passport from the inside to further fold the wallet it in a smaller size such as a standard wallet I ended with a wallet of 6 layers which its extremely bulky, and that’s is with no credit cards, currency or docs inside.I do not know what to make of it, I do not have any traveling to do in the next few months, and it will be then that I will be able to update the review, as to the experience of traveling with a wallet hanging on my neck.

I use this as a wallet. It is the best one I have ever had. I drive a truck, so sitting on a wallet all day can be a real pain in the butt. Literally. With this, I can wear it around my neck, under my shirt, or over for frequent access, and still remove the cord and stick it in my hip pocket on the weekends (it fits!). Plenty of pockets. Cards, license, ID, cash, even my cell phone, (an S6) will fit in one of the pockets. I don't normally carry the cell in there, but its nice to know it will fit in an emergency. The quality is very good, no issues. Material is first rate. I have a number of Red Rock products and they have all been very good. In this case, I plan to buy more, for myself and as gifts. Keep up the good work, Red Rock.

I found this by searching "MOLLE pouch". And this is the product description on its page:"Have your I.D. with you at all times with the Molle I.D. Lanyard. With pockets for name badges, business cards, your I.D., passport or money, you'll always have easy access to the things you need."So I'm disappointed that there are no MOLLE straps on it. I was going to attach it to my bag, but all it has on the back are some elastic loops. I can still get that done, but I have to buy some straps separately.Otherwise it's a pretty decent pouch. Lots of pockets, and a few of them are big enough for a passport, which is the main reason I bought it.Edit 2/25/15I bought some separate MOLLE straps ( Condor 4" MOD Strap Tan ) in an attempt to make this thing work. All that happened was that I gained a deeper appreciation for what real MOLLE is. The ability to weave the strap back and forth between the two items being attached really makes for a snug, solid fit. Not only is this pouch lacking the straps, it also has only one set of loops. So no weaving. And the loops are elastic. And they're not spaced the same as all the other MOLLE gear I have. All this makes for a floppy attachment.So if all you want out of this thing is an ID pouch to wear around your neck, I think you'll like it. But forget anything to do with MOLLE attachments.

I use my Red Rock Outdoor Gear ID Lanyard to care my agency nursing ID card and proudly display my national hospice certification pin on the top flap. This item is quality made and I expect it will hold to the rigors of working with me every night. The back panel holds several pens and the interior is big enough to carry my business cards and other essential items needed for my work. I use to wear a similar product made by Blackwater, but it did not last, and started falling apart just after a few years. I feel this one will hold up better and the coyote color matching a wider range of my clothing. Great product at a very fair price.

These things ROCK! I picked it up for SHOT show in January 2017 coming up and after the other ones I've used, it's going to be GREAT I have a feeling. I'm guessing ppl are going to be asking where I got this one at! If I was smart, I'd buy several and sell them on the bus going to SHOT Show! I'll update afterwards...... :)

Great! I use it every day at work, Holds my ID, credit cards, and other valuable items. Hook and loop closure works well. String is a little bit flimsy but not like you are using it as a hand bag. You could change it out if you needed to.

Came earlier than I expect it and I can say that I have no words to appreciate the quality of this piece ! Is right as looks in the picture and very practical one when you start to put needed issues, whatever you need for travel !

Just what I was looking for for my official badge at work. I work outside and have to have the badge with me at all times.

good quality too bad it went a tad smaller to fit in back pocket other wise spot on!
