Just what I needed
Great step ladder, sturdiness as they say can work of the top step feeling confident and safe. 15 mins to fir the hand rails, but nothing to difficult using the instructions. Excellent delivery the next day

Nice and light
Well made and nice and light so makes it easy to carry and position however I do personally feel that it is less stable than I was expecting due to it being so light. As others have found I did have to drill holes to fix the hand rails as the holes supplied did not align, no real problem though. Good value for money though I would recommend

Nice product
These are well made robust ladders. The hand rail makes one feel safer as well as ease of use. They are not to heavy. I did have an issue with the tray at the top of the ladder. I believe it to have been damaged in transit. I had a replacement dispatch to me the same day. Full marks for after care service.

Great additional safety features
This ladder is great. Hand rails plus support above the platform to make it super safe at height. Needed it to safely trim the top of hedge. Hand rail attachment took a little time as needed to align the top screws... huffed and puffed but did eventually slide in. Worth the perseverance... Super value for money and fast delivery. Was delivered before 9am

Okay ladders with some poorly thought out design choices.
They're okay steps. The hand rails have to be assembled after delivery. I found that most of the holes int the aluminium did not line up 100% with those on the plastic fittings so was an absolute nightmare to assemble. The tool tray secures with a self tapping screw which I though was very strange considering the way the hand rails were connected. I'm not sure if it is a compliance thing but the bottom step is far too low I keep kicking it when using the steps. Edit: I managed to get my foot stuck under the bottom rung and bruised it quite bad. Needs moving up.

Great set of ladders
Great set of ladders, very stable and tall. Only slight annoyance was assembling the handrails which I had to cut to size to match with the pre drilled holes, which is why it's 4 stars and not 5
