How are they kept cold during shipping?

I don't refrigerate before shipping. I wrap the eggs in an insulated bubble wrap to help protect from outside temps, not to keep them cold.

do I wash them before eating?

The eggs were really clean so I didn’t was them.

When incorporating into rotational raw feeding for dogs, do you feed them the shell as well or just the egg? Thanks.

I feed them with the shell. I have a small dog, chorkie, and her coat improved a lot since I started to add these quail eggs ( With Shell ) into her diet.
