I was a bit skeptical at first but I LOVE it! The light is lovely and bright but still soft and not harsh. It’s easy to use and really makes a feature in a bathroom! Review: Beautiful - A lovely mirror which cheers up our cloakroom. Actually the first mirror flickered, but the customer service was impeccable and they arranged for the collection of the old mirror and delivery of a replacement mirror very quickly. The second mirror is great. I am giving 4 stars only because we found the unit on the back to not be fixed on squarely which made getting it on the wall straight difficult.
