Helps you get a good nights sleep
It’s lovely and creamy, a brilliant drink and not just a bedtime drink if you feel off colour and don’t want to eat, a mug of Horlicks does help.I wouldn’t be without it.

I had a warm cup of milk with a tablespoon of Horlicks tonight that I thoroughly enjoyed. The taste was the same and it brought back memories from my childhood. I was unable to find Horlicks in many supermarkets so I purchased it from Amazon at a more expensive price, but to me, it was worth it.
