Nice pearl look to them, cut in half, as to lay flat when sewn on properly. They are not actually cut in half, but that is the effect that you get from them.. I used to dress up a plain dress that I had ordered for great granddaughter to wear in pageants. It must have worked fine, she's won or placed in the 3 that she has worn it in & won best dressed a few times.

It is wonderful for creating trim on Christmas balls for some really nice-looking ornaments. I have used it to add a festive drape to our Christmas tree for several years. I used it to drape around garland on my staircases. I used it to decorate a draping trim on wedding and anniversary cakes. The uses go on as long as your creativity is fertile. The 10 yards goes a long way. It is reusable and can be washed in warm sudsy water and hung to dry. The first time I bought this it was for trim on wedding cake back in the 70s. It was so well received that I started using it on other projects and am so glad I have found it again. You'll love it, as do I!

It’s lower end plastic. Would be good for crafts but not the quality it needs to be for dressmaking. My own fault for not paying attention to the price point. Could be used for paper crafts like the wedding invitation but I would never put this on a dress much less a wedding dress.

I loved the way the flowers were attached in a strand. They are very pretty and I’m using them for my fairy doll mermaids. A lot on the roll which is important!!!

These are so nice. They look good and pure white and clear gem stones and easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
