This knife is absolutely beautiful and seems to be of very high quality. VKy Knives has done it right. However, I think I got the wrong sheath. Well, it's not the one pictured on here on Amazon.

Coolest butcher's knife ever!
It was a gift for my niece who absolutely loved it. It is very sharp, and while it's weight makes it feel very substantial it is quite well balanced so as to be comfortable in the hand. However its most notable feature is that the patterned blade is staggeringly beautiful.

Don't cut da' coconut
One of my guests asked if I could cut a coconut open off the property I manage. Went great opening outer husk but the second I tried to go through the inner shell it dinged and rolled the blade. I will resharpen out the imperfection. I could have had a bad heat treat on mine. Be aware if cutting harder objects. Otherwise it is a beautiful blade.

Holy fook, for the price I expected fair quality. But The quality is absolutely beautiful and beyond fair. Not perfect. But for the price we don’t deserve perfection. Let that not take away from the craft and time the blacksmith took on this piece. Absolutely great craftsmanship. The leather work is perfect. The knife if sharp and I used it immediately to cute veggies and some sausage. I can’t stop staring at it. DEFINITELY BUYING MORE KNIVES from this Company. Well done Guys. Well done.

It came covered in a pesticide, I assume by the smell, and wrapped in plastic wrap. The sheath also had an unbearable chemical smell. Great looking though

Not for women’s use.
Handle is heavy, the wood handle doesn’t feel comfortable in hand. When washed, one needs to dry right away so it doesn’t rust. If I didn’t know any better, I would say this knife is better used out in the wilderness.
