Bought as a present, however it's not in the cardboard packaging as in the photo which makes it feel like less of a decent present

Wish could give it less than 1 star. Came without packaging and does not even have a scent or favour. Found a better one online else where. And the audacity is the the refund charges £2.76 for delivering it back???. More than half of the money gone.. poof. Rather bin it.

I once found this on a clearance at Meijerand not been able to find since until i found it on Amazon. The price much higher. I only gave 4 star because of price. If you like Chai tea then you will love this lip balm. The smell is nice and some chai flavor on lips.I love Burts bee has been adding new flavor balms. Too bad this one is only limited.

This is my favorite lipbalm! I first heard of this flavor from Twitch Streamer/Youtuber Sarahkey & knew I just had to have it! I love chai so the chai balm is perfect for me! I have purchased the chai balm multiple times for myself, have rebought it as gifts for family & friends & tell everyone to buy this particular flavor! Highly recommend!

The product is okay…but it does NOT look like the picture. It arrives without the nice paper packaging, just the lip balm tubes. Misleading.

This is a simple, no-fuss lip balm that makes wonders for my cracked lips. It is very emollient and pleasurable to have on. I always check the list of ingredients in the cosmetics I use as this really matters to me. This lip balm has a huge array of natural wax, oils and plants extracts, something that, to me, explains, why it took me two days to get the cracks disappear from my lips after using this balm. I own other lip balms and lip treatments and this is my fav so far.I love chai tea, so I chose this variety thinking that it might have a slight similarity with the flavour, but, to my delight, it really tastes of chai tea.Good value for money.
