Durable with countless uses - with instructions!
I purchased these so I wouldn't have to tie off my Therabands for certain exercises. They have worked out great for very specific exercises given to me by my trainer. I have used them looped around my legs, looped through a free motion machine, and various other applications. I would definitely recommend these bands.

5 stars because they DON'T SMELL BAD
Yes they are sturdy and durable so far. But the deal-breaker for any product these days is DOES IT STINK of brain-destroying, toxin-belching chemicals? I will save you the stress of wondering if you'll be slogging over to Kohl's again to return this product, because it DOES NOT STINK. You're welcome!

Color determines size
I ordered the black band. It was the style I wanted but it is about 3/4 inch wide. Although it was not clear to me on the web site, it appears that the color determines the size. You need to look at all the pictures on the left. There is one, which I missed, that tells color, size, and pull. Somehow, on selecting the product, the description should change from color to color.

They worked much better as they don't come apart
These bands work very well for resistance exercises. I use them at lest 3-4 times a week, and I have not had any issues at all with them.I also had a bonus use for them - we used them in the three legged race during our school's color wars. They worked much better as they don't come apart, but still have the give to allow the runners move with ease. Nice little bonus use for this product!

Very Tiny Rubber Band
I don’t see the dimensions listed anywhere in the description. Can you add them? Based on the photo, I thought this was much larger than it is. It is so small, can’t really use it for workouts. Maybe will use it as a rubber band to hold a box closed. Wasted $10 on this.

Great for home workouts
Its sturdy and the resistance is smooth and consistent. The only negative in these band is its thick, so its a bit tough to hold on to. Its a good idea to get a pair of workout gloves because it will compress your hands.

after taking old bands out of service from age and use these are now front line. Very good elasticity and not tough or lame. excellent product

dangerous
Was performing back rows with the black band attached to a pull up bar. During the exercise the band snapped apart and I went flying back. I had only used this band a handful of times.

Make sure you get the right size
This Band is really good for me however I am 6'1 so it works well with what I do. I would think it would be tough for someone who is shorter. The quality of the band is good in my opinion and does not seem to be cheap made.

Awesome travel partner!
Excellent product. I ordered red one which is 5-8lb strength that good for shoulder and arm workout for women. I take that band while I travel and I loved it!

Band has a strong noxious chemical smell.
I received this today and after opening the package I noticed that the band had a strong noxious chemical smell. Will be returning.

Strong and durable bands
I just got this band and used it once. I really like it and it seems durable and strong. Great seller to deal with if there is an issue with your product. I always look for that bcz it makes you comfortable when buying online to know that issues will be resolved smoothly and professionally.
