DDTXMen's Steel Toe Work Shoes Lightweight Athletic Safety Sneakers

these are well designed, but not good for a warehouse. they look great, but I got a lot of comments that they did not look like appropriate shoes (looks like soccer shoes). That said, the toe is steel (sets off alarms) and the velcro makes them easy to put on and off. Also, if you have to wear them all day (working hard) .. I suggest gel inserts. They are comfortable, but still not perfect (like some higher end ones). I have some wide feet and these are not narrow at all (nice on that) but I still had some issues with my toe rubbing on the steel toe. That is normal for the work I do and I sent them back (no issues with Amazon) because I needed something more rugged. I also ended up getting a more standard (American made) brand. Also, the company that makes this is not American, so nothing is in English, there is nothing on it that is clear that they are oil and water resistant. However, they seem to be very much so. (just nothing in English or seal of approval). All said a great shoe but did not serve my needs. The shoe fits very well, just a little larger than I expect (nothing major) and is able to get tighter with velcro easy, however, they did seem to get looser as you wore them quickly (more than a thicker all leather industrial shoe). That said, I would either still be more concerned with what you are using them for vs the size. For everyday use, they are fine, for warehouse work or packing trucks, I would not recommend. They offer no (nor should they) angle support and are not made for heavy work. If you need something more working (labor) do not buy, if you want something because you just walk around in dangerous areas and want a more casual shoe, they are very nice. You could get a half size smaller if you have a narrow foot, but if you have wide feet say with standard size, the velcro will adjust. If you buy a smaller size, you have issues with steel toe rubbing.

..they fit ok..I can feel the arch and the toe safety metal or whatever they use for protection...first day using the shoes in my garage , I dropped a can of paint on my foot..a gallon of half filled paint ,closed can ..and was expecting pain,,but there was none....save your toes and stepping on screws, nail s etc with these shoes..and I like theeasy Velcro straps....

I am on my second pair of these.So far i am favorably impressed. Both pair are good looking and reasonably long lived. I have not been able to ruin the older pair yet, and i am pretty hard on shoes.Thus the second pair. Incidentally ,the second order of these had a China post tracking number assigned to them and i never got that package. Had to reorder. Got that order in 3 days. Suspicious !

DDTX:I am handicapped, and mostly in a wheelchair. These sneakers are lighter than I thought. There was no break-in issues. Theses shoes help you keep some of your independence, they are easy to use due to the velcro closures. Having steel toes, really are a bonus, and help save your feet some pain. Good buy...

for price nice, just not oil/chemical resistant. So slicks on spills, otherwise good tread.bought in May, now July 6 noticed craftsmanship very bad see picture.

The style is nice. Bought it for work. Its comfortable. The only issue I have is that the left foot insole is much softer than the right so the balance is a bit it off.
