It's fine
I manage a lot of dogs and have a lot of flexible leads, from a brand I can't get any more. Bought this, it's fine. Competent product.

Value for money... but not for people with large hands.
Strong and sturdy with strong leash. Straight forward and easy to use like most retractable dog leashes. It's quite heavy also. My only complaint is the size of the hole (in which you put your hand) is quite small so anyone with large hands will struggle.

Do not buy
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Bought this retractable lead a few months ago and it’s broke already. Lead won’t retract so I’m presuming something has snapped inside. It was only for a small dog so it’s not been yanked. Cannot return the items as it’s now past the return date which was only for one month. Will not buy again and will not recommend.

Not as sturdy as I would have liked
My lead tends to get tangled and after only a couple of uses with my puppy Labrador it broke at the point where the clip joins the lead so it is now tied on with a knot

Quite big for my hand.

Looks good but the leash is too easy to chew through
Bought to match a red harness, this initially looked like a solid bit of kit with a good brake, retract function. But after just five minutes my 12 week puppy managed to chew through the ribbon shaped leash - not good enough for the money paid.
