3.5 Stars for the product itself. 2 Stars for product support. My experience as follows: Product arrived in 2 very large, and very heavy boxes. Took 1-2 hours to assemble (best to have a cordless drill handy with applicable bits). This desk is similar to one purchased through Costco, but the L-Shape is different. It did NOT come with instructions on how the position memory works (it can be set, takes some playing with it to understand how to save a specific height on one of the buttons). There are three pieces to the mechanism that moves the desk up/down: 1) the Leg motors, 2) the Control Unit, 3) the memory/height switch. Once assembled, it would NOT turn on. The control unit was bad. I called the number listed in the crappy documentation that came with it and they refused to talk to me - a very belligerent female said - email support only. So I emailed and described my problem. After significant back and forth, they forced me to upload / link a video of the desk to provide that the desk was not working properly, and before they would help me. About a week later and close to 3 weeks after we received the desk, I received a used control motor in the mail (lots of scratches, fingerprints, etc. clearly second hand). I installed the control unit and the desk works as intended. I was very surprised at both the height adjustments of this desk. When fully extended its 52 inches high (higher than i could have imagined possible), extremely precarious at this height - would topple easily if pushed (not safe); and when fully recessed it is 26 inches (and about the height of a kindergarten table - maybe that's a good thing depending on your needs). We like the desktop finish, and can only hope that is is resilient. It does not appear quite as durable as the APEX desk that you can buy both on Amazon & Costco. So this is a mixed bag. Terrible customer support, product is okay with caveats. Buyer Beware.

Amazing desk. Loving it so far. Just wish it was a left corner desk cause I'm a lefty! Wish it came with the keyboard tray. If you work from home this desk is a must! Would highly recommend this desk to anyone! So happy I bought this desk! Thank you so much for an amazing product!

It broke after two months of very light use. One of the motor stopped working and throwing all errors on the screen. Stay away from this poor quality desk . Spend some more extra money get better one

Poor workmanship. The desk was chipped. The controls appeared to be used and scratched up. The memory settings on occasion need to be programmed more than one time in order for the desk height to be stored.

The desk is a good size that allows me to hold everything on it, but it wobbles too easily. The supports are seem to have too much flexibility to them so if I didn't have monitor mounts I would be a bit worried about my screens falling over. It seems that the stands attached to the feet allow to much flex. The only other problem was that the box did not have the woods screws that attach the desk surface to the frame and I had to guess at home depot. I ended up using some #8-1/2" with some washers. The instructions don't tell you what length of screw it was so I had to test that out. 3/4" with the washers might have been better.

This is not a real wood desk, be mindful of that. It is particle board with a really nice, rustic looking wood cover. Also, be wary of shipping damage. Mine came a little damaged but it's so small, I just covered it up. The key with this desk is the azure sky lift technology. It's top notch and works great. The way I see it is that I can eventually replace the top with real wood if I want to. The L shape is pretty great with this desk and you get a lot more space than a traditional non-L shape desk. Overall, I would recommend buying this desk.

easy to assemble, heavy when done but necessary. Everything is included and the motors are integrated to the legs so no fumbling with installing those. Works great so far and lifts awesomely high for those of you standing over 6'
