Fox Tactical Jumbo Modular Field Pack
This pack will most likely outlast me. Attention to detail and quality is way more than I anticipated. If you’re looking for a modular pack with plenty of Molle, an able to store 61 L’s, this is the pack you’re looking for.

Well made
A very well made pack that is convertible for traveling on commercial carrier. The material is tough and the zippers function well. This is perfect for a BOB as the interior is sectioned with pockets and it can hold a lot of gear. However, the waistbelt and shoulder straps are less than ideal. Padding on waistbelt is nonexistent and is cheaped out by using a belt strap fastener around the abdomen. Shoulder straps are also thinly padded. As a result, when the pack is heavily loaded it is uncomfortable and unsuitable for long hauls. This is, at best, a daypack and is definitely best used with straps stowed away - a traveling suitcase.

Nicest pack I have owned
Several days after ordering this, it arrived in a plastic bag. My first thoughts were that this plastic bag looked small to hold the pack I had ordered and maybe I made a mistake in estimating its size from the pictures. I was blown away unpacking this and it literally took me about 5 minutes to open all compartments, unzip it all and thoroughly check it out. This is by far the nicest bag I have seen. I don't think I could ever fill it, even with a hydration bladder enclosed. Nice touches include the shoulder straps tucking into themselves through the back compartment, the memory foam type padding against your back, the waist strap collapses into the sides when not in use, and the briefcase like canvas handle. It literally will be the only piece of luggage you will need for light travel. I usually fly with a small carry-on bag with wheels and a separate laptop bag. This is all I will ever need and if packed efficiently, it can hold your laptop plus a weeks worth of clothes. What totally sealed the deal for me was the Olive Drab was my third choice (I liked the digital ammo and dark ammo) but this color was half price for some reason. Less than $50 for this pack? I was floored at how nice this thing is, don't even think about it, I looked for weeks. This pack is well made, functional and nice to look at. I am thrilled with this purchase, thanks for a great product.

I expected more for paying $70.
My main purpose for this bag was everyday use. I haul around a 15" laptop, usb, mouse and external hard drives every weekday. Along with that, I sometimes bring along some running clothes or a lunch. This bag allows me to bring all that and more(if I wanted.) This bag is compact enough to use for everyday. But, it can also be used for day hikes, 3-day hikes, as a gym bag, bug-out bag, etc etc. It is very versatile.I ordered mine in black. I'm kinda wishing I went with the Multicam instead. The black is a nice shade. It definitely feels like any normal backpack you may get at Target or Wal-Mart and a lot of my friends didn't notice the new bag until we sat down for a bit. They thought it was my same old Swiss bag I usually used. This thing is roomy. I haven't yet traveled abroad with it or gone any day trips, but I did give it a little test by stuffing it with items I normally would take with me on a weekend trip. It held everything I need and still had a lot of space left for much more. The straps on the side expand out so you can really stuff this sucker. The compartment behind the back padding offers a space to either put a Camelback or a laptop. I put my 15" laptop in here, I'm not too certain you could fit any bigger than a 15" in that spot. In the main compartment, it has another pouch for a Camelback or you could also slide your laptop in there. It also has two vertical and two horizontal straps to hold everything down and in place. There are also two small webbed zipper pouches for you to store small loose items in.The medium sized compartment is decently roomy and also has two webbed zipper pouches. The medium-small compartment has all your usually compartments for your pens, wallets, maybe a knife, things like that to be organized cleanly. The smallest compartment is just for everything else in my opinion, little items that won't be needed much. The bag has M.O.L.L.E. webbing on the back and on each side of the bag. The back of the bag also provides a large velcro area along with two strips of velcro. The part of the bag that your actual back touches if padded very well and provides some air flow. It feel nice and didn't bother me while lugging it around for a day. What is really cool about this bag is how you can tuck and hide the shoulder and waste bands and carry this like a regular gym type bag. The waste bands tuck away behind the back padding while the shoulder straps also tuck away into their own little area. Very neat.Lets talk quality now. I paid about $70 for my bag. I expected something decent, something that would last me a little before signs of trouble would emerge. Well, I was wrong. Upon opening the package when it arrived I noticed in the main compartment one of the zippers was already separating from the webbing pouch. And just today as I was closing up one of the compartments, the pull tab of the zipper came off. These two things are huge issues with me. I don't use those parts much and only really need one zipper to open the whole compartment. But, I know it would be a problem for others.I can't say I'd recommend this bag too much. I like it, I'm also not a very picky person. Others may have issues with the quality. I may have just received a bad product.

Best Backpack ever built-dimensions are slightly off.
This is the best backpack ever built and the harness folds into compartments on the pack so you can carry it like a carry on bag either vertical or horizontal. Back of back is well padded and supports pack and is very comfortable. Other reviewers had talked about a deal on the zipper broke and I could not figure out what that was until it arrived. It is a short little shoe lace pull deal to be more convenient to open the zipper, they need to get a life if that little thing stopped them from giving this pack 5-stars. I went to Wal-Mart where you buy 4- key rings in a pack for 94 cents and replaced that pull with a large metal key ring. The laptop compartment is well padded. Everything on this pack is perfect except this newer improved version is 20" tall not 24". I called customer support and the 3rd party vendor was amazing. It is apparently difficult to change vendor descriptions on Amazon's site. I wanted a large backpack that did not look like some Tactical or Military pack ready to go to Afghanistan or something, if those survival packs are visible in your car, thieves are smashing windows at stores and malls to steal them because they think there are guns in them.
