3 Ballerina Tea Dieters Drink, Extra Strength, 18-Count Tea Bags

Very happy with my first experience with this tea! I recently started struggling with regular bowel movements after starting up a medication again. I've previously tried Dulcolax and Metamucil without much success, and if you're reading this, then you probably know just how uncomfortable and downright miserable it feels to be backed up. I followed the directions exactly: one tea bag steeped in 10 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes, no more and no less. I added a little honey and lemon, and the taste was actually really pleasant. I can't speak to how it tastes plain since I haven't tried it without them. I drank it around 6:45 PM, went about my evening as usual, drank plenty of water, and slept like a baby. No cramping, uncomfortable urgency, or middle-of-the-night surprises. The next morning I had my usual cup of coffee, which doesn't affect my bowel movements at all, and around 10:45 AM, success! Everything was smooth, quick, and painless with no mess or discomfort. It didn't feel harsh or dramatic at all for me, which I really appreciated. Of course, everyone's body can respond differently, so I'd follow the directions carefully and see how it works for you. For me, this was such a pleasant surprise after other options hadn't helped. This always gets the job done! Lol. It clears you out and it has a very smooth taste. You can always enhance the taste with a little bit of lemon or honey if you’d like to.

Man at first I thought it was all talk but oh no it’s definitely one of those ( YOU WILL SEE) lol . I honestly do love this tea . I got one box first to see if it was worth it and Oh Boy it’s definitely worth it . I just ordered my second box . On days I do a double I mix it with straight black coffee and on the days I work regular shifts and are able to sleep in I do plain water . I do find that you get more relief when using the coffee but it’s kinda difficult when you’re at work because you have to immediately stop what you’re doing and head to the bathroom. If you do not go as soon as you get the urge, it’s gonna be too late ( if you know what I mean) . I haven’t stepped on a scale in about a month so I’m not sure if I lost any weight but I can honestly say I do feel much lighter .

I give it a four because well it did do its job. But for digestive issue people. Be careful! I got this tea thinking cool! Clear all the bad and feel refreshed! After reading the reviews and seeing people try it. Let me be clear. It did work. But there came a price…oh such a very very hefty price. I was drafted into a war I did not consent too inside MY own body. First day felt fine! Second a little bloated but figured hey it’ll go away. Then after feeling discomfort for a full day, I guess that wasn’t enough for my organs because when I thought it finally was laid to rest, out of no where, came their secret weapon. Cramps. The cramps dropped me to the floor. I could not walk for almost two weeks. Yes I went through almost two weeks of being incapacitated from the war that started OVER TEA. I thought I was going to die from how painful it was. But then one day I woke up and felt unstoppable until it came…the sudden rush to the bathroom. That was two days ago. There has been a peace treaty finally with everything but there is still aftermath from the war that I’m riding out. So unless you’re prepared for war, I suggest passing on this. Or don’t freaking steep it as long as I did. Don’t ask how long because idk but if too long it can and will cause SEVERE DIGESTIVE ISSUES. Tasted fine though

I got it yesterday took it yesterday morning and it didn’t do anything yesterday, but today!!! Today I been pooping my brains out I know tmi but it works it works great!! I dose give you cramps from hell I have a high tolerance to pain but man these cramps are from hell. I think I pooped out the 75 cents I swollen when I was 4. Make sure you have nothing to do that day after you take it. Really take at your own risk it works lol. And I only took one I let it sit for 10 min then drank it the tase is it bad at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been buying this tea for YEARS—Let’s be honest, this tea tastes absolutely DISGUSTING to me. Like, I have to mentally prepare myself before drinking it. BUT… it gets the job done! If I’m feeling really backed up or bloated, this definitely gets things moving. Sometimes the stomach cramps can be INTENSE and have me questioning all my life choices, but then everything finally comes out and I feel so much better and less bloated afterward.

Priced right. No digestive effects. Smooth texture. Easy to use. Taste good with a little sugar or honey. No energy effects for me.

Jai eu a le consommé lors de mon séjour au USa au mois De septembre, j'en avais ramené plusieurs paquets c'est fini Alors j'ai commandé celui , le paquet étant impeu différents je me posais des questions Mais effectivement c'est bien le même Il agit aussi bien Une fois pris le soir, toilettes toute la journée le lendemain. Le goût n'est pas mauvais Il lave bien le ventre

Óptimo producto. Ya tomaba este té cuando vivía en Estados Unidos y es lo mismo. Me ayudó mucho a adelgazar y ahora espero funcione igual. Hubo un pequeño problema con la llegada del pedido pero no por culpa del vendedor que al contrario fue muy amable. Lo aconsejo.

Der Tee bringt definitiv was. Geschmack ist vollkommen okay. In Kombination mit Äpfel etc. nicht zu empfehlen, dann ist tatsächlich das zuhause bleiben von einem Tag zu raten.

I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. The rumbling and stirring. It was like something out of a horror movie. After suffering through these noises and stirrings for a few hours, it passed. And the next day, I lost a good 3kg. I highly recommend. Especially if you want to establish your dominance and scare people away from you.
