Product Care Instructions | Keep plants well-watered during the growing season, especially during dry spells. Plants need about 1-2 inches of rain per week during the growing season. Use a rain gauge to check to see if you need to add water. It's best to water with a drip or trickle system that delivers water at low pressure at the soil level. If you water with overhead sprinklers, water early in the day so the foliage has time to dry off before evening, to minimize disease problems. Keep the soil moist but not saturated. |

Unexpected color that makes you smile
These seeds delivered amazing results! Nearly every seed sprouted, and the blooms are stunning—rich shades of red, orange, and gold with ruffled petals that really stand out. Fast-growing, low-maintenance, and loved by pollinators, these compact plants are perfect for anyone looking to add vibrant color to their garden or use them for companion planting as I did. I’ll definitely be buying more seeds next year! Great value for the money. Started indoors with just enough dirt to cover seeds. Moved outdoors and pinched after third set of leaves to promote growth. Transplanted to the garde and they have done great!

These marigolds grew great.
Good germination rate, with lovely, variable and changing colors. Beautiful flowers starting out deep red, ending up "antiqued." SO enjoyable!

Poor germination. Not a peach color!
First off, poor germination. Secondly, only four of the seeds sprouted. And they had issues which I had to keep them under close care. Now that it’s finally blooming, I see that it isn’t even the peachy color that was promised. It is just a regular rusty red colored Marigold.I called Burpee left a message, the young man I talked to was of no help at all. Said I could send an email to the horticulture specialist to look at it and he didn’t know what else could be done.I do not recommend this product at all. In fact, it has caused me to lose all faith in the Burpee name.

Great addition to your garden!
Great addition to my cut flowers. Germination rate is good. Great color and it’s my favorite marigold.

Very pretty and growing well
I planted 16 seeds in my greenhouse, and they all germinated. I planted them in the garden after a few weeks, and they are doing well.

Update: ok, a little strawberry!
Update! The first blooms weren’t anything special. But the next round does have some pink tones making it a little more strawberry colored than at first. Maybe it just takes some patience?Bummer. Mine aren’t strawberry colored. They are just the typical orange ones. They did germinate well though and are pretty. But just not the special I was expecting.

Nice seeds
Very good seeds. They are not technically pink but they are different than all other marigolds I have seen and do have gorgeous colors. They start out deep red and become yellow pretty fast. They seem to need space because when put in a pot by themselves they sprouted immediately but when I tried in egg carton one by one nothing happened. Also in a pot combined with two other nursery plants they seem to struggle. I will sow in ground next year. Very happy overall

Beautiful colors
Germination was great. This plant doesn’t grow too tall and quickly blooms. The wonderful thing about this variety is that you get a nice range of colors as the blooms mature. They start as a deep rusty red then morph into the peachier and yellow tones. Surely a nice plant.
