We love this RespirAid essential oil for cold season. Stuffy noses are cleared, coughs are helped, and sleep is had. I also love to pair it with Plant Therapy's Chill Out when we need extra help.

I diffuse this nightly in the fall and winter; it really helps to decrease respiratory congestion. I rarely get sick even though I work with a lot of sick children.

Plant Therapy’s natural aromatherapy oils really impressed me with their purity and straightforward quality. They don’t seem to have any unnecessary additives, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m using something clean and natural. For the price, it easily beats the competition - especially considering how overpriced some other brands have become. I actually switched from doTERRA because they charge way too much for what’s essentially the same thing. So far, I’m very happy with the switch and the results.

I like to use a diffuser at home for the pleasant aroma and therapeutic effects. I have a lot of allergies and sometimes get stuffed up (tree pollen, leaf mold, a few other things...) and there are essential oils that do seem to help. I'm not a fanatic about it, but it's a little pleasure (life's little pleasures make a difference, don't they?) I'd been using two other scents, which I really like (frankincense and myrrh!) but just wanted a change (I don't care for lavender and rose scents--they get a little cloying IMO). You just have to experiment--mix your own or buy a blend like this one. I'm quite pleased with this scent, and it's kind of "uplifting". Nicely packaged, tightly sealed to prevent spoilage, and the dropper top makes adding a measured amount of oil easy. (For the diffuser, I use filtered water from the Brita, but directions say ordinary tap water is fine--probably depends on your water. In hard-water areas, the diffuser might gradually get clogged--just a guess. But why put chlorine or other chemicals from your water supply into the air--we have enough problems today!) I definitely recommend this blend, and Plant Therapy products in general.

This is my favorite essential oil when our allergies act up/onset of a cold! It has a wonderful fragrance too!

Fine essential oil at a reasonable price. I diffuse this oil nightly in bedroom. Pleasant odor . Effective.

We are on our 5th bottle. This is our savior during cold/allergy season! Couple drops in our diffuser and instant relief to our congestion. We tend to use this scent year round when the house is starting to feel stuffy because it instantly gives that “ahhhhh fresh air” feeling when guests walk in. Honestly, we just love the smell of it, whether we are congested or not. Im no expert but the quality is top notch. We have tried other oils and they made the water in our diffuser very cloudy/milky. This one diffuses very nicely. We currently have it running in our diffuser which prompted me to leave this review. We will always have a bottle of this on hand!

Between allergies and regular sinus issues I need something to run in my diffuser, especially at night. This does the trick and keeps my head/nose open. Not too strong but strong enough
