I installed this in a Mongoose scooter, the 12v model,blue. All the wires and connecters were an exact match to the existing components. The only real difference is the power line to the switch and the one to the fuse were a bit shorter than the original. The module was able to be installed in the same location under the foot plate with minimal effort despite this difference.My son is outside now burning up my driveway with a big grin on his face.

Didn't resolve the issue even though that was the part they recommended be replaced so now I have to replace the battery too.

One connector wasn’t long enough
I ordered this to replace the battery in my son’s scooter and it’s the same type but when I got it the one connecter on the battery was shorter than the original battery there for I wasted my money. I couldn’t use it.

It worked! Scooter fixed!
After youtubing about the scooter this part seemed to be the issue. when I installed the new part - it worked like new.2 plugs are identical, no instructions on which plug goes where (50/50 chance). Either I got lucky or it does not matter if you switch the plugs. If you taken the scooter apart - you know what I mean.

Easy to install as long as you know what you are doing. No instructions.
Good speed controller for the money. It does not come with instructions so if you putting in an older Razor, you will have to figure out which plugs go where. I would buy it again.

Correct controller received
Plugged it in and nothing happened.Dawned on me to kickstart the tire and bingo.Unlike my first controller this seller sent the correct controller.Found scooter left where it died.$28 for the controller and charger and a happy kid.
