Apple iPhone XS Max, 256GB, Space Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

The phone is fine.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this iPhone XS Max exceeded my expectations. It arrived in very good condition with minimal signs of use, and everything works perfectly. The battery life is solid, the screen is clean, and performance is still fast for everyday use. Being fully unlocked is a huge plus. Overall, a great deal for the price — very happy with this purchase!

I used the Apple iPhone XS Max 64GB unlocked (renewed) and it still performs well for everyday use. The screen is large and clear. The 6.5 inch display makes browsing, videos, and social media easy to view. Colors stay sharp and the OLED panel still looks solid compared to newer phones. Performance handles basic tasks without issues. Calls, apps, and messaging run smoothly. It can slow down with heavy apps or newer updates, but for normal use it stays stable.

This Iphone XS Max works as intended, really easy to setup if you are coming from a older gen version. Everything on mine works well, and overall cosmetics are in perfect condition. Looks like the previous owner had a case on and installed (still on) screen protector. At first glance the battery life indicated 100% health, after a day of usage it dropped to about 92%. Not a big deal, its a used phone, if it need be you can always replace the battery if you want. Coming from the 6S the XS outperforms by a long shot. I get about 8 hours of mixed screen time per charge, which should last you throughout the day with one charge. I thought I would miss Touch ID/fingerprint but the FaceID works very well. And the lack of AUX port is unfortunate but I come to realize bluetooth technology sounds a lot better than the ones years ago. The thing is you might get one with blemishes or different battery life, it all depends on the seller so make sure to check their description. Otherwise this is a good phone, I just wished my refurbished unit had a new battery,

This product is both functional and stylish. It looks great while still being very practical. The seller communicated clearly and provided excellent service throughout the process. Great experience overall.

I bought the phone on October 26, 2024. It looked to be in like new condition so originally I was happy with the purchase. Within a couple weeks it started giving me black screen where the phone was on and working but the screen was black and I couldn't use it at all. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to The Networkstore who said they were willing to give me a PARTIAL REBATE which would not help at all since I would still need a new phone and it's clear to me that this phone was defective before I ever received it. The next morning the phone was back working normally and so (dummy me) I let it go. Long story short, the phone got worse and worse, taking longer to "fix itself" until right after the return date ended in 3 months the phone screen started flashing and going to black screen even worse and by January, the phone was mostly unusable. 3 months. Now it's just completely dead. The Networkstore told me when I first contacted them (when the black screen first happened) that if it continues happening, they would be willing to help (along with the PARTIAL REFUND). After the return date expired and I again contacted them, they told me that they only meant they would help me get the screen working again. I had already tried everything possible. It's clearly a damaged phone not a software problem. The phone is dead and nothing short of a replacement will fix this. I did nothing to damage the phone. It was put in a full case the minute it was unpacked and was never dropped or mistreated in any way. For the most part it just sat on my desk in my office. It's obvious to me that this phone was ready to go out when they sold it. I know buying a refurbished phone is a risk but I think we should be able to assume that any parts that could go bad have been replaced so although it is a used phone, the parts that can go bad have been replaced. This company obviously does not do that and I will never use them again. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company at all but if you do buy from them and your phone starts acting strange, contact them immediately and demand to return the phone. If you wait, you will lose your chance and will have wasted your money.

I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. But yea, all in all this was a great buy. 9/10, would definitely recommend <3

Phone came it good condition, I was scare because of the bad reviews. Someone suggested recording when you open it just in case you get a bad/ different phone and I did. It came unlocked, some reviews say that after the 3 month warranty ends they lock the phone again because it “stolen” idk if that’s true though.

Excelente producto. Lo compre como "Condiciones Aceptable" en solo 3500 pesos. No trajo rayones y se ve excelente físicamente. La batería vino al 76% es lo único malo, a mi me dura casi todo el día. Pero igual como trabajo en oficina mientras estoy en la computadora lo pongo a recargar por si acaso. De todas maneras tengo una batería 10000mAH portátil de carga inalambrica y resuelvo los días complicados. Por el precio del equipo y el estado en que se encuentra vale la pena hasta comprar la batería portátil.

I should have returned this phone after the first issue with it! The battery life was way less than the 80% stated and got worst after every charge in my opinion! So FIRST RED FLAG - the SELLER LIED ABOUT THAT !!! I kept the phone despite this small inconvenience because it seemed to be a good phone. However now NOT even 1 YEAR after buying it, it has gotten so bad that I have to charge it multiple times a day as the battery is toast! The phone has started not fonctioning correctly, doesn’t open apps, doesn’t refresh apps when they do open, can’t call out. Can’t hear people when on the phone (when I can that is), the camera works from time to time. Just GARBAGE!! Contacted the Seller who basically tells me, isn’t there problem as I had 90 days to return! That’s great the phone was working up until NOW so that is NO HELP!!!! Also contacted AMAZON who were ALSO NO HELP, as again apparently not their problem! I need to contact Apple directly, who of course won’t help me because I didn’t buy it from them! So I am now 500$ down as it’s too late to go to my bank and cancel the transaction and with a phone that DOES NOT function so I had to buy a new one !!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER buy a refurbished phone from AMAZON or a 3rd party seller again! And regret buying this way!! STAY CLEAR and go elsewhere if you want good quality and good customer service!

For the price no complaints… I would change battery, go to apple only, soft ware is still great rocking 17.1.1. I’m happy with my purchase, phone looks brand new…. Communication great….. recommend seller…..

It’s like brand-new, but it’s 256GB instead of 512GB
