Excellent tool!
For sawing veneers right-handed, this is perfect. I cannot comment on the left-handed capability, because I am right-handed.

Made for a specific purpose.
I am using this saw to cut raw wood veneer I will use to refinish the woodgrain trim in my project car. As soon as I learned there was a specific saw for this purpose I ordered one. It fits the hand well and does a good job of making a clean cut. Some veneer is prone to split when cut and this is my first project of this type.

Teeth are cut as a pull saw, and not sharpened for veneer.
Comfortable handle and easy to use, but it needs work. The teeth need to be beveled with a file before using on veneer. It comes sharpened like a rip saw. Once beveled, it works great.

Designed only for Right handed...
Well, this tool didn't work for me, I'm left handed and the direction of teeth are designed to be used with a right hand and as well the offset handle.I will return this tool.I saw other brands, more expensive like Gramercy, that are designed with the teeth in both directions, so can be used either with left hand or right hand.I will return this tool.

When you have a good product, I think the excellent. product should be recognized
I like the saw very much, I cut veneer for Christmas Ornaments and the results are excellent.

High quality will last a lifetime
This is only the second quality veneer saw I bought from Kunz in 25 years. I needed a second saw for home. My original is with my tools at work. A very few light strokes with a file or slip stone will keep it sharp for many years

Good Value
After sharpening it, it has performed well and seems like it will last a long time.

Is not like it used to be
The same good ol' Name but useless. The teeth of the saw blade are dull, not sharp enough for a cross grain clean cut. (I may not be surprised if the quality of the steel blade is a Chinese novelty as well).
