I actually bought 2 of these for an outside door and an inner door to allow Pusswuss to come into the house thru our utility room and it prevents cold seeping in from the back door.

We went for this cat flap as it was one of the few around that had a good rating and was a black frame (we have a black door it was going in). The reason for the low score is firstly for some reason there was a small magnetic bar which sits on the flap. I am presuming this was to try and stop the flap from moving in windy weather. If the magnet had been permanently fixed within the flap somehow it wouldn't have been lost but because it was loose it soon got lost and now the flap sways about even in the slightest breeze. So it can get a bit draughty. Also, we couldn't understand how our cat kept getting out despite turning the lock to entry only and then one night I caught him hitting the flap with his paw so that flap bounced off the frame and then he got the paw underneath and freedom was calling. But the main flaw we found with this cat flap is the sliding lock mechanisms - they are just too free and easy to move. Meaning that when the cats go in or out, if their paw hits one of the green or red sliding locks they will move, resulting in the cat being locked in (which is fine) but worst being locked out. I have to put a bit of blue tac either side to keep them in place and so I am now looking for a new cat flap and will avoid the type which has the locking mechanism as a sliding bar on the bottom.

Drafte excluders totally fell off after 5 weeks, magnets fell out within 3 weeks- now lost. I dont think this is a genuine item. Avoid.

the seal has fallen off after 6 months so lets lots of cold in. i missplaced it so cant glue back on (there was minimal poor quality glue on it so im not surprised.nowhere to by a new seal (this must be a common occurence) and I cant see a way to contact therm about it.I have modified my door for this specfic cat flap so in a very frustating situation

Really disappointed, locking mechanism is really hard to work and within a day of my cats using it the brushes fell off both sides. It is replacing a catflap the same size that they have always used but on a different door so it isn't that my cats don't fit through it properly. Don't seem to be able to contact the seller for a refund. It isn't a cheap cat flap either

Very flimsy. Magnet fell out during installation. Instuctions are poor and very confusing for something that should be so simple. Screws provided to hold both parts together are too long and needed triming, they also do not seem to "bite" into the one half of the flap that is needed.But...once installed and problems overcome it works well and is quiet during operation

Lo he instalado en una puesta de aluminio, tuve que cortarla y luego montar la gatera. Es sencillo pero hay que ser cuidadoso para evitar salirte de la medida. El gato se ha acostumbrado muy rápido y no le cuesta nada pasar por ella pese a no ser muy grande. Lo que no dura nada es las tiras que sellan los laterales de la puerta, se cayeron el primer día. Lo he pegado con loctite y ya no se caen

Muy pràctica. Me ha gustado y cumple su cometido muy bien.Però NO me ha gustado el sistema para atornillar una parte de la puerta con la otra ha traves de la puerta del garage. son tornillos de punta y rosca chapa y ademas son cortos. En lugar de metricos con tuerca què se puedan cortar segun grueso del lugar donde vaya ha poner, hay dos medidas de tornillos y las dos son cortas. Si la puerta es para un grueso de hasta 5'5 los tornillos deverian llegar ha esa medida y no llegan son cortos. He tenido què inventarme como sujetar una parte con la otra atraves de la puerta.

La guarnizione della gattaiola si è staccata dopo soli 10 giorni. Il meccanismo di blocco dello sportello è scomodissimo e spesso alcuni gatti riescono ad aggirarlo (!!!). Pessimo articolo, da evitare.Aggiornamento: al quindicesimo giorno lo sportello si è staccato completamente dal vano, rendendo la gattaiola completamente inservibile. Da buttare

Me ha gustado mucho la calidad de los materiales, así como su fácil instalación. Me han gustado menos las instrucciones, exclusivamente en inglés y bastante confusas aunque domines ese idioma. Aun así es un producto que recomiendo 100%
