I am taking time to write a quick review because I was skeptical that this little shifter might be a floppy little pile of parts and nothing like I hoped from the photo. I am pleased to say it was exactly what I hoped and it gives a feel of high quality exact little shifts of the shift lever. It does not rattle, flop, or fall apart, and it feels like it would hold up to lots of fidgeting and careful little shifts.I do expect it could be easily damaged if you simply attached to your keychain and abused it daily. There is nothing to protect the shift lever and it feels more "precise" than durable. I would guess it might actually hold together, but just loose its precision shift (and stay in place) ability if you beat it up.All things considered, it is exactly as pictured and feels like a real (mini) shifter as you move it thought the positions.

This gear shift fidget toy gets high marks for looking fun and cool. Anybody who sees it is going to be drawn to working the gearshift. It is fun to use but not as satisfying as many other fidget toys I have. Despite that, it is a fun toy to gift, a fun key-chain idea, and a great fidget toy to add to your collection. The price is right, so give it a try in case it's the best toy for you.

The media could not be loaded. It’s fun and simple to fidget with, and it can be used with one hand. The only downside is the noise it makes. It makes a clicking noise that isn’t THAT loud but is noticeable. I won’t be using it in public but it’s a great fidget for at home to help stop skin picking.

It is cool but it is kind of stiff and very grindy feeling from the centered shifts due to the design. I used wire cutters to remove the key chain ring and it sits on display with some other fidget style items at work. Had the key ring attachment been on the side, it would have been ideal for display OR key chain use. Kind of big for a key chain though if you put your keys in your pocket,
