I won't buy any other tape!
My husband and I have moved 5 times in the last 3.5 years, including two cross-country moves. Needless to say, we've packed a LOT of boxes. I never would have thought I could love a type of tape so much, but this one is worth raving about! Compared to cheaper brands/styles, this tape has a stronger hold and will never lose its stick and flap around as we've experienced other times (including tape that was provided to us by moving companies.) I find that we use less tape because a small amount seems to have a great hold, even for very heavy boxes. The tape dispenser is a HUGE time saver and makes packing boxes an (almost) pleasurable experience. I would recommend buying the larger size since it's a better value and a high quality product. If you're planning a move or ship a lot of packages, stock up and you won't be sorry!

Great tape for packages
It seems I'm always sending something out or returning something and I go thru these tape dispensers quickly, I do use lots of tape especially on the bags because they rip so easily. I've bought the rolls without the dispenser but with my tremors its rather hard for me to get them in the dispenser, hubby has helped sometimes. Great product and with the season of giving and people shipping this is a sturdy packaging tape.

Great all-purpose packing tape.
Great all-purpose packing tape. - cutter works well - end stays in place - works flawlessly over shipping labels - 7.5/10 for box closure - Adhesion is very good - especially for an ultra clear product. Highly recommended!!!

Dispenser could be better
This dispenser coming with this packaging tape is not the most ergonomic friendly design out there, as I originally hoped this could be used for those tapes which don't come with their own dispensers. Will see how well this turns out to be. Otherwise this is a good product.

Buy it!
Get this and not the scotch tape gun! Not sure if it's just the scotch gun that I received but it had such a steep learning curve. This is much simpler to use and works perfectly!

Better Than the Duck-Brand Packaging Tape by a Long Shot.
I could not be happier with this packaging tape. I had been using Duck brand packaging tape for a couple of years, and decided to try out this Scotch brand heavy-duty tape. Boy-howdy, am I glad I did! This tape costs a little bit more, but it lasted WAYYYY longer than the Duct-brand tape did. This tape is heavier, stronger, easier to work with, and requires less tape for my packaging purposes. The Duck-brand tape had a habit of splitting and ripping, this Scotch tape does not! I will be using this Scotch product from now on... As long as it stays affordable, that is!

Durable dispenser and very high quality tape.
This has got to be the best packaging tape ever made. I go through quite a bit of it, as I sell online and ship right from home. I buy one of these and then one of the 6 pack refills, and I'm set for months. I only have to replace the plastic dispenser once every couple of years. It's quite durable. I especially love this tape because it doesn't tend to stick to itself like the flimsy dollar store/discount store tape. I buy no other
