I have been using the wraps for a month now on bench press and OHP and it has greatly improved my wrist control on both movements. I lift more confidently and have better palm stabilization. They easily fold up and fit in my pockets for when I do other work sets before and after the core lifts. The wraps are well made and have enough velcro to easily be tightened and loosened in between sets.As an aside, this type of equipment often goes 'missing' at commercial gyms so keep track of it and WRITE YOUR NAME IN BIG BOLD PERMANENT MARKER. Speaking of which, this is a good looking set of wrist wraps independent of their excellent build quality. At the price they are listed they are a definite useful addition when you are lifting heavy.As for the wrist straps, I have not used them yet as my grip has not failed me. The build quality is excellent though and I am sure they will hold up to years of abuse.

I'm definitely not a regular going gym person. I honestly just started out, and I realized I need these to do some workouts. A friend of mine actually gave me one (as in single) wrist strap. It was pretty worn and gave some support, so I decided to buy this combo pack.The wrist straps when they are new are great. I realized immediately that it was applying pressure across the entire band instead of just the middle, which makes sense since they are new. I just want to these things eventually wear down, but I don't know how long this person had it. That being said they work great, very nice support, easy to put on/off. I did notice that the non-velcro area gets frayed easily but who cares, it's for support.Lifting straps work good I guess, they seem very durable and they helped me with my grip when I need to do pulling exercises (back). All in all a very good buy for the price.

This is a great value! Both straps seem to be made of good quality and i hope the last long. Wrist wraps are helpful when doing press exercises such as military presses and the lifting straps are very helpful for pulling exercises such as dead lifts and dumbbell rows. I like that instructions are included so we know how to properly use them. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the padded portion on the lifting straps are not wide enough to protect larger wrists so when wrapped tight to the bar it can sometimes feel uncomfortable.. I've used other brand's straps and did not have this issue. Other than this, this was a great purchase.UPDATE: After about a month or so of usage, the velcro part of the wrist straps started becoming loose. Meaning the velcro wont stay attached and slip out, causing the straps to become undone. Now this is VERY upsetting when it happens in the middle of a set (I'm a moderate lifter). Additionally, the stitching portion holding the logo pad is falling apart. I am really disappointed on the quality of the straps. I thought they would last longer.. I would not recommend these to a friend.UPDATE # 2: I contacted the company to let them know my problems with the wrist wraps and they immediately compensated by sending me new ones. These are MUCH better and the velcro seems to hold w/o issues (been using them for two weeks). Only time will tell. But I thank Nordic Lifting for standing behind their products.

After playing rugby for 7 years and now being too old to play collegiate with no senior clubs nearby, I'm venturing into the lifting world to keep myself busy. 50% of my decision to get this set was the wrist wraps because most of my joints are awful, the other 50% was to experiment with the lifting straps.The wraps are fantastic, they keep my wrists way more stable than they would be otherwise! I've often found my wrists to be a limiting factor in overhead lifts or honestly just holding my body weight sometimes depending on the day, but the compression does wonders for stability and my peace of mind!I've found the straps are just not worth it for me personally. They're good quality and if you're into straps I'm sure they're great, but going into strongman competitions I feel like they'll be more time consuming than they're worth in the long run.Overall, good set! Good experiment! Also loved the messages from the seller, multiple points of contact in case there are any issues along the way, even once you already have the items.

Was looking for a good, reliable pair of wraps and straps for my girlfriend in the gym. Have a pair of Schiek lifting wraps that she really likes but we don't always train together so I went shopping. Own some sleeves made by Nordic and have trusted their equipment for years. Decided to take the plunge and am happy to say that they work like a charm. Girlfriend reports back that they are extremely comfortable and provide her the wrist support and the grip support she needed in her lifting.Couple the great feedback on the actual use of the products with the value you get thinking of the price and backing Nordic provides and this becomes a no-brainer for anyone looking to grab an affordable set of straps and wraps.
