Bought a Second One Just in Case
I can’t say enough good things about this device. One of my kitties was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Bad enough, but he’s semi feral and not use to being handled. This makes the insulin injections ugly. I have him confined to a much smaller area prior to the shot and I have to chase him around to capture. Since I need one hand to hold him down, the typical “tenting of the skin” isn’t happening. Took this device to the vet to have them determine the length of the needle; necessary for the injection. The length is adjustable. Once I have him in place, I firmly hold the device to his body; press the inject button which inserts the needle and then press on the syringe plunger to deliver the insulin and we’re done. There’s no reaction from him when I inject the needle plus I KNOW it doesn’t hurt, since I tried it out on myself a few times, (minus the insulin of course) and there was NO PAIN. So if you have a pet. Loved one or even yourself, this is the way to go.

OMG This Thing is the Bomb!
I just started semaglutide & was terrified at the thought of sticking a needle into myself! This device takes all the fear away. It is so amazingly painless & easy. I load the syringe in the device, hold an ice cube at the injection site for a few seconds, wipe w/alcohol, put the device to my skin, hit the lever, the needle goes in all by itself & I cannot feel a thing. I then push the plunger to inject the medicine & pull back the device to remove the needle. This thing is beyond amazing!!!!

solid product
We have used these for years. They will wear out occasionally as we are hard on it, but perfect for one handed injections and those squeamish with needles.

NOT FOR LUER LOCK SYRINGES
The media could not be loaded. As many of the other reviews explained (and poorly, because I still ordered it thinking I had the right syringes, but didn't) this is ONLY for 1ml or smaller slip-tip style syringes. If you have the locking style syringe tip, it will NOT fit, regardless of the syringe barrel size. Having said, it's kinda flimsy for a $40 medical tool, but it has a satisfying click and seems competently made. It should be effective once my correct syringes come in. May change my review after actually trying it.

Works perfectly
The media could not be loaded. I've been running cycles for a few years now and I've always just had someone help me with my injections because of my irrational fear of needles but now I can do them myself without worrying at all.Works perfectly with the 1 ml 1/2" easy touch insulin needles. Stick it up to your delt push the button and feel absolutely nothing. Push the plunger down and you're done.Cannot recommend it enough for people who are not fans of needles

Love it
I didn't want to leave a review, but I had to after reading some others. I take different peptides and some days do 5 or 6 different injections (counting B Complex) and was very pleased by the ease of this device. I'm able to do an injection on any part of my body with either hand and use my thumb or index finger to push the plunger without issue.I use 1cc 5/16 and 0.5 ml 5/16 syringes without a problem. It comes with 2 attachments for 0.5 or 1 ml as well as extenders for longer needles.Either they've updated the Inject Ease or some people didn't take the time to get to know their device.I love it. Would purchase again without hesitation.

It works but buy it somewhere else.
This works great but the one I received was not in original packaging and the needle leans to the side almost touching the edge. I bought a second one elsewhere that came in original package and is aligned properly.
