Mediocre Product, Decent Customer Service
I originally posted a pretty bad review of this product and the company. The tour pack is not a plug and play item and requires you to seal 4 unnecessary holes in the front and drill 3 holes yourself to install the backrest. I'm alright doing the work, but not what I expected. However, when I contacted the company, they were reasonably quick to respond and made efforts to make it right. I was satisfied with their resolution and now pretty happy with the purchase. This is a good trunk for the price IF you're able and willing to modify it yourself. If you're looking for a ready to go unit, you're better off looking for a different product.

Happy hinges poorly constructed...
The hinges to secure the tour pack will not stay secured while riding.

Garbage
I ordered this thing and immediately knew when unpacking it that the backrest did not even belong to it. Whoever set me this garbage had to have known too and just shipped it out. Garbage don't waste your money. I now have a tour pack on a shelf that is worthless since I can't even reach these turds.

Not well built
Lid shakes and moves around a lot and installing small back rest is not easy no diagram or instructions for drill pattern

Garbage tour pack
The tour pack shakes a lot and the seat did not even fit. The holes do not line up with the screws on the backrest and when I called they tried to tell me something different dont waste time purchasing this.
