Turmeric was recommended by our Western non-homeopathic doctor. He doesn't believe in a lot of Woo Woo but told us Turmeric is one of the few "herbal" remedies that has some scientific backing and actually helps inflammation. For the past two years my wife has had periodic severe neck pain. She's gone through the works with Western medicine, tried chiropractic, and massage therapy. Massage therapy seemed to help but it always returns. We had nothing to lose so on the doctors recommendation she tried Turmeric. Nothing really changed noticeably for the first month except occasional diarrhea, which based on our research is a known side-effect of Turmeric for some people. She has now been on it for two months and last week she had an Ah Ha moment when she realized the neck pain was almost completely gone and she could turn her head. Full disclosure, she is also still doing massage therapy, but has been doing that for a year. The only thing we know has changed is the Turmeric. We are still cautiously optimistic but this appears to be actually making a difference. Time will tell.

I’ve tried several turmeric products in the past but was never able to take recommended amount because they were so difficult to swallow. I love that Truvani Turmeric is uncoated and so easy to swallow. I take the recommended three together. They do not dissolve in mouth so there is no taste. I started to notice arthritis pain relief after two weeks but it hasn’t been consistent. I’m hopeful that I will experience more consist pain relief once I have taken the product longer

I rarely write a review on anything but this REALLY WORKS...I have been suffering from severe body pain for over 5 years, since I underwent a year 1/2 of chemotherapy. I have been on pain medication which really doesn't even cut the pain, cbd and every kind of product you could image. A friend recommended that I try Tumeric, I searched for the most organic and true compounds and found TRUVANI. I ordered it directly from TRUVANI, which was higher than ordering from Amazon. This WORKS, it takes the inflammation away which is what causes your pain. I have been taking this now for 8 weeks and I only take 1 pain med at nighttime. It has also increased my energy level, which was at zero! I saw results within 3 days of taking this. I only take in the morning and nighttime, but if I am having big pain day I take 1 mid day as well. Tumeric and Curcumin work together and this is the best! Try it...you will not be disappointed.

I like this product as a source of turmeric and curcumin. Tablets that are easy to swallow. I take 3 at a time with one swig of liquid, with no problem. Don't assume that you can take 3 at a time though. I'm able to swallow 6-10 500 mg caps at a time like nothing. :) But generally speaking, they are easy to swallow. Since I've been using it, I can stand and sit with less joint discomfort. This could be why. Disclaimer: I'm a supplement junkie though and take several things that are reputed to lessen joint pain. I'm sure this supplement is one reason why though. We know real turmeric/curcumin has many benefits including alleviating joint pain. I can taste the tablets before I swallow them and they are real turmeric.
