This product is enameled so it does not need to be seasoned. The quality is great and it is very durable and will last a very long time. I can use this on the stovetop, then transfer to the oven. The only con is that it is smaller than I thought. This can be used to serve individual meals. For example, you can use it to make a steak, finish it in the oven and serve the steak on it with a side or two for an elegant presentation.

まず、ビジュアル。さすがSTAUB だけあって、何を載せてもおしゃれに見えます。そして使い勝手。3人家族で、ハンバーグを作る際には充分な大きさ。ハンバーグもトライをグリルに入れて焼くだけなので、楽、そして美味しい。家族が多いと、確かに小さいかもしれませんが、我が家にはピッタリサイズでした。

Ansonsten ja eher funktional, ist dieses Teil hier auch auf dem gedeckten Tisch sehr schön anzusehen. Schön glatte Emaillierung mit sehr guten Antihafteigenschaften. Nach der Benutzung einfach mit warmem Spüliwasser und Schwamm (nicht kratzend) auswaschen. Es ist allerdings eher klein. Man kann darauf z.B. Kurzgebratenes für 2 Personen zubereiten und anrichten.

普通のオーバル型と違い木枠といいオシャレです保温性と高くレンジでもオーブンでも使えますサイズも大きいので人数分もまとめて盛って食卓に出せますストウブなのでとにかく重い‼️

デザインはいいけど、大きさがいまいち中途半端でした。一回だけ使って、それっきり。
