Whats the expiration date and shelf life?

About 3 years, according to bottle. Opened bottle must be refrigerated. For regular dosage use of 2 doses a day, 8,5 oz bottle works best for us. Larger bottle contents began to alter after a couple of weeks.

Is this floravital because the title says it is but the picture & description say otherwise?

I don't see the words floravital on the ones I received. It is a liquid, and works very well for me. It has increased my iron stores in my body so I can give blood again. It has to be over 12 I believe, mine last time was 13.8. Which is amazing for me, as in the last several years I have not had high enough iron to give blood. I hope this helps.
