The holes-precision-cut and in close proximity to the raised lip at the edge of the plate- offer athletes a comfortable grip & an easier way to lift, carry or load a plate from any angle. Each Tri-grip weight plate includes size marking, exclusice RUBX Branding and a 50 MM diameter collar opening for compatibility on any standard olympic barbell.
