Do you have a whining noise on different rpm? my sounds unbearable

I have couple installed, and it produced a horrible whinning noise. Another reason I placed my pc on my table so the noise is even worse. That high pitch noise is like bee or mosquito... very annoyed. And it happens at certain RPM and the pitch also changes slightly along with the RPM. So sometimes it's come and go, I even doubt my self. But everytime it happens it just annoyed. Not sure it's quality control issue. But I purchased in July, 2020.

Are the daisy chain cable gauges thick enough to support 7 or 8 fans daisy chained together? i plan to power it through a sata cable

Arctic says you can daisy chain up to 5 fans together. I assume you have a Case Fan Splitter Cable with SATA Power connector for them so I guess that will work. Normally, I use them to connect to MB to control the fans and used splitters for two top and two front fans but I bought the PWM version for that reason and my MB had that capability. Newer MB will control all case fans vs older ones don't.

can i use the p12/p12 silent as a exhaust fan?

of course, can use them on anything that has a 120MM fan slot
