I have been drinking this for the past five years now and I CANNOT live without it. It helps me control my appetite which I struggle with and also keeps me energized for about six to seven hours. I replaced my three cups of coffee during the morning with this as it's filled with incredible vitamins and is much healthier. For anyone that suffers from fatigue and lack of energy, THIS IS YOUR ANSWER. Yes, it is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for and you won't regret it.

Dr Wallach is HUGE on everything gluten free, and this supplement has traces of gluten in it. I wasn’t even aware of this, until I realized it was making me feel really off. This DOES give a little boost (from the caffeine and B12), but at what cost? 9g of unnecessary sugar, unnecessary traces of gluten, and honestly, I’m not sure what purpose caffeine serves in a Super Oxide Dismutase and Bee Pollen supplement. Kind of strange, actually.This protect is VERY expensive, to boot. One of Youngevity’s most expensive products. I understand SOD does cost a bit to manufacture, but not at the rate Youngevity gets for it.

Really helps me get going in the morning, with no post energy drink crash an hour or two later.
