WOW! Texture and flavor are awesomely brilliant!
The flavor of this honey is indescribable! The texture is like spun honey butter! I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering this honey for the first time, but it certainly will not be my last time! It is great on anything one decides to put it on or even great right off the spoon! The flavor stays in your mouth for a few minutes and allows one to savor it! I don’t know what the heather flower smells like, but this flavor sets this honey above all others in my opinion! One really has to try this to know what I am raving about! I will most certainly make this a staple in my kitchen from now on! The price is affordable considering what one gets in return! A wonderful mouth experience!

GRANDMA GOOD
The taste isn’t like other honeys, it’s very complex and smooth. I purchased this bottle for my 11 year old granddaughter for her tea and cookie break (which she gets when she does well in sports or school) and she recognized immediately that this was Grandma’s “special” honey and something to be savored. IT’S ALWAYS A TREAT

The honey is good and flavorful. I don’t know how it compares to one actually purchased in Scotland. Mine was taken away by security before boarding the by plane. But it is very nice if expensive
