Update 2The new updated headphones the seller sent me are great! I have a big neck and these fit comfortable around them. They fixed the slow retractable piece and the charge port is easily accessible. I have an iphone and Droid and these pair easily to both of them. The sound quality is great and people can hear me easily while driving at freeway speeds. Great purchase for the price!Update:Since my review, the seller contacted me and wants me to give them another shot with a replacement. I’ve had headsets like this before and have had great luck. I was replacing a set chewed up by my dog and purchased this set. They arrived June 7 and I’ve only worn them about 4 times. Sound is good and noise cancelling is ok. Today I came in from doing yard work and found the plastic coating bubbled. When I rubbed it with my finger it came off. No idea why it happened, have never had this before.

Bought these to listen to music and talk on the phone. Music sounded okay but if you want to use these to talk hands free they are horrible. Voices are muffled and very tinny sounding. Won't ever buy these again. Part 2 of this review. I was given the upgraded version of the headset but again the design of the headset is poor. Very cumbersome and awkward fitting around the neck. If buying for your kid or as a cheap replacement they are OK for listening to music but for phone calls they are bad. On the bright side the customer service of this company was excellent.

They're really great and the sound especially for music is fantastic. I do wish they a little longer hanging around my neck. I wear collared shirts very frequently and my old Moto Surrounds curled around my collar perfectly. These are just a bit short and want to ride up on top of my collar instead of staying put. I am adjusting and still really like them.

Bought in November. Worn daily. Plastic broke apart in March.It's touches my 17" neck and doesn't completely fall on my collarbone like my previous neckbands did.Also note that there is no button for answering/hanging up.The sound quality is fine and it did the job, but I won't be replacing with the same model.

Good enough headphones that we bought two sets - one for my wife and I. However, one ear bud pad fell off my wife's so I have to lower the rating. If I hear from the seller I'll gladly edit this review.

These headphones have amazing battery life and would recommend to anyone. I can listen to music and talk on the phone the whole work day for 8 hours and never die on me. Only bad thing I have seen with this headset is of I have my phone in my pants pocket sometimes it will act like I'm to far away and will cut in and out. But if I have my phone on my toolbox I can walk 20 to 30 feet and it will be perfect. I've had this pair for 3 months now and will never switch to another brand or style.
