**Q: How long does it take turning before it becomes ice cream?**
A: It becomes "soft" ice cream in about 15 - 20 minutes, turning only about 3 times every 5 - 6 minutes.

**Q: Does anyone have the instructions for this 1 pint model? I find the 1 quart instructions and they also made a 1/2 pint model.**
A: The instructions are the same, for all sizes (I have all three models.) The only difference between them is the size. (The pint uses half the amount as the quart, and double the amount as the 1/2pint.)
