A warm, comfortable, & nice looking glove!
I gave these to my father for Christmas. He absolutely loves them! He needed a warm pair to wear on daily walks, but didn’t want a bulky ski glove. They’re thick but not bulky (about medium), & nicely lined inside for warmth. When he received them he kept mentioning what a nice glove it was. They do look & feel very nice! He’s used them several times & is very pleased with them. He says they’re really warm & comfortable. They look & fit as advertised, so the measurements given seem very accurate. I couldn’t rate the water resistance part as we haven’t had rain or snow yet. But they look as if they’d do well. I ordered a small & they fit perfect, with a little room left. As a woman, I’d also wear a small & have average size hands. I’d highly recommend these & would definitely buy again. Great quality & pricing!

Warmth and comfort
For a long time I've been searching for the perfect pair of gloves to wear while running and I've finally found them. I've tried 6 other pairs and none of them came close to the comfort these provided. My hands get cold fast and I run on my local mountains where temperatures range from mid 30s to 50s during the cold times of the year. Yes that isn't super cold but after running in 40 degree temps for a few hours my hands will go numb so gloves are an essential piece of equipment for me.What I like:● Easy to slide on and off. Previous gloves would be a struggle to remove them while running but these come off easy and stay on when put into place.● Very soft and comfortable inside.● Not so sure about heavy rain but my hands stayed dry in light rain and snow. Things to be aware of:● They are short gloves and kind of flared out at the opening. I found that if running in a strong tailwind, the wind would get somewhat funneled into the gloves due to the flared opening. I think this would only be an issue if you are using them in strong winds and are not wearing a jacket that covered the flared opening of the gloves. For the given price, comfort, and warmth they provide I would highly recommend these!

Toasty Warm, Good Fit, the Manual Dexterity of a Drunken Hippo
Size: X-LargeColor: BlackMy first impression upon unpacking these gloves was the bit of heft to them that gave me optimism on their thermal properties. There was a bit of that "fresh leather" smell to them, but after sitting out for a while it's not as strong now. There were a number of little white flecks of something on them. I picked as many off as I could bother with, but as you can see in the photos that even after first wear there are still some on there.Today is the first day I wore these gloves out. For reference, it was 23°F (-5°C) with a windchill of 8°F (-13°C). I went out to the doctor and to do some grocery shopping via public transit & my own two feet, so I did have to wait outside and walk long enough to give the gloves a good test. The fit: I don't necessarily have the largest hands on the planet, but "one size fits most" usually leaves me on the very edge of wearability, so I was happy to see these came in an X-Large. The left glove fits perfectly, with a nice grip around the wrist. The right hand (my dominant) was more snug, but still comfortable, and again the wrist was nicely sealed to my wrist to keep the air from sneaking in that way. I'm very happy with the fit.The warmth: For someone who has just accepted that there was an 11th Commandment "Thy Hands Shalt Be Cold During Michigan Winters," I was very pleasantly surprised on how warm my hands, and more importantly my fingers, stayed. The Wicked Wind of the West couldn't make a dent in them. Now this was about a maximum of 30 minutes in the cold conditions. At some point I'll get them tested, to my everlasting disgust, in an hour wait for the transportation to come around. If I notice any significant matters in those conditions I'll update the review. The Ability To Do Things: I could wave like an expert, but even something as mundane as trying to get my fingers through the loops of canvas and poly shopping bags made me feel less able than a raccoon. Once I did manage to achieve this amazing feat, the grip of the gloves was quite good and I didn't lose any of the bags even if I couldn't tell where they were on my hands by feel. If you want to use your phone, forget it, you'll have to take them off; even if they had conductive fingers (they don't) you'd be texting gibberish to your grandmother. Grabbing a bus ticket out of pocket? Nope. Unzip coat a bit on warm bus? With the dexterity of a toddler. I really hate to belabor the point but these are not the gloves for you if you're a handsy person when you're on the go outdoors.Summary: Even with my devastating blasts of derision on their dexterity I still give this four stars due to the most important part: I believe frostbite has met its match in these gloves and that is the purpose of wearing them in the first place. I will happily deal with the glove on/glove off necessity just to have that sweet, sweet warmth.

Good gloves are tough to find!
I put quite a bit of time looking at so many gloves on Amazon, and reading reviews and looking at the ratings, etc. I finally decided to buy this pair, and glad that i did! Very pleased. Keep in mind, though, I live in Northeast Ohio, so, these gloves are fine for the snowy winters here. But, if you live somewhere like Alaska, where winters are stupid-crazy, then of course you'll want to look into heavier duty gloves. For the average contiguous states, these are just fine. :)

Not the warmest
I've worn these gloves irregularly while walking my dog - we live in Minnesota so it gets quite cold. Firstly, I had to say that these gloves are extremely stiff - and since you have to move your hands to increase circulation and keep yourself warm, the stiffness is not a good thing. Plus, they're just not easy to work or perform any sort of precise activities with. The materials seem fine - but they're just not at all warm or usable. I wouldn't recommend them for genuinely cold places/situations.

Warm enough at 30⁰
These gloves are warm enough on a mild wibtry day. We don't get super cold days very often in Brooklyn so they should be ok. They look nice. Fit is a little on the snug side but adequate for me.

Short on the wrists
They feel good but could as their older models have knitted wrist band that makes them the best .
