A: They are to clip on the top sides to make it more ridged

A: I don’t have the measurements but I use it everyday for picnic/trips with kids and fill it up.

A: Kids are on amazon to buy but may cost as much as the trolley

**Q: Is it possible to buy new tires or wheels as the tires have split?**
A: Sorry, I've no idea. I use mine to transport sometimes heavy home delivery food shopping through the house to the kitchen and havent experienced any problems.

Bought this as I don't have a car, I wanted it for my shopping trips. I've used it all week and it's made such a difference as I was using my daughters old stroller to carry my bags. It's very sturdy for how light it is, I like that there are two extra bits of plastic in the base to clip on the sides for heavy loads. Can fit loads in! I put my freezer bag in the bottom so my frozen stuff is protected. Handle is a good height and it folds flat so you can store or carry with you. Can be a little tricky getting on and off a bus if they are far from the kirb but on flat surfaces it's perfect!
