I bought these about a two months ago and have been giving my children one every morning. On two separate occasions they began coming down with flu like symptoms. Both started with headache and chills. I increased the dose to three of these a day and they both kicked it within a day! I can't say 100% it was the flu but they had both been exposed to the flu and the symptoms were the same as what everyone else experienced. So far we have also had the healthiest two winter months we have ever had in the past. Usually they battle colds all winter and neither has gotten a cold since we started these. This is the first product I have used that I truly think works. I believe the key is the daily maintenance and increasing the dose as soon the symptoms start. It appears to do the trick! This product will be a staple for us to use in the winter going forward!

I ordered the wafers so I wouldn't have another pill to swallow. They dissolve nicely on the tongue, but have asemi-dry fruit kind of flavor. I will probably go back to the capsules or pills.

I have been taking this product for years. I have recommended many times and everyone I have told them about this product LOVES this product. I just found these chew-able, what fun to plop one of these in my mouth when I feel I need a boost with my immune.

These vitamins have really helped my kids. We have cut the sickness down in the winter a TON. Usually if my kids get a cold it goes straight to their ears and they can't hear a thing i'm saying. Ever since they've been taking these regularly we haven't had that problem. I usually give them 1 a day and if they are around someone sick i'll give them an extra. I'll be stocking up on these forever.

I think the product really works. My daughter (with asthma) takes it during cold and flu season and I think it helps keep her healthy. When we run out I think I can tell a difference. The taste is not amazing - that's why only four stars.

These work so well for us. I wish they were not out of stock everywhere.

Bought this because I tried the tablets - swallowed one and and suffered from an extremely bitter aftertaste in the back of my throat which lasted at least 12 hours.Tried these as a last resort - started chewing and Oh Phew!!! Did find a way to down them - put a wafer in the bottom of a cup - pour about 1/4 cup boiling water over and mash. After a while, add 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup and 1 tablespoon juice of your choice. It's drinkable, but no treat. Your company certainly needs to work on taste!!!!!!

I believe these work, if you take them daily, over the long-term. Here's my anecdotal story: Right around age 2, my son started getting respiratory infections so bad, he'd need breathing treatments, steroids, etc. Often, they turned into combined strep-ear infections. There were many antibiotics and – after four bouts of strep/ear infections in just two months – discussions of a tonsillectomy.Before we took such extreme measures, I read up on natural immune boosters and settled on these chewables + a multi-strain probiotic + a multivitamin. If I saw any signs of cold, we'd also start dosing him with Pelargonium sidoides (Umcka alcohol-free drops), too. It took several months for my kiddo's decimated immune system to build back up but now, a few years later, he only gets sick about once a year. I credit his age (better hygiene) and, yes, this immune combo for keeping him healthy and avoiding surgery.
