Always have this in stock at my house and have purchased for friends. Helps relax an overthinking mind or body to fall into a deep sleep. It is non habit forming and you don't need a lot, a little goes a long way.

Noticed that my sleep tends to be deeper and more refreshing when I take this. Taste isn’t that great, but that comes with a territory with any herbal supplement.

I can NOT open it. The plastic cover came off that was covering the screw-top, and the screw-top won’t budge!!! I can’t open the product! So now, after I get the plastic cover off then the flimsy metal top is warped and the metal top won’t screw back on. If I try to return it, the liquid will spill because of the flimsy metal screw top that was covered in plastic- trying to look like a wax seal I will NOT buy this product again.

First thing you need to be prepared for is the taste. As far as herbal supplement/extracts goes, it isn’t the worst. It isn’t the best either. I have tried it both straight under the tongue and down the hatch, as well as diluted in a little bit of water. It was less harsh with the water. As far as its ability to induce lucid dreaming, the jury is still out. It may be that one needs to take it consistently for a period of time to notice any remarkable effects. I will say the first night I used it I did notice a mild increase in dreaming overall, just not lucid ones. I really like this brand generally, so I will purchase again once I use this bottle up. It is a bit pricey to use often, however.

I must say, I seem to be sleeping better after taking the elixir, but with everything in life we are not static beings and I cannot absolutely attribute this to the elixir. The taste is ok, somewhat herbal and medicinal as I guess can be expected. No lucid dreaming for me.

No hubo efectos perceptibles en ningún aspecto. Sin embargo, es de buen sabor, y dados sus componentes, quizá requiera más tiempo de uso, pero es muy poco cantidad para poder hacerlo sin comprar mucho más producto.

That's horrible, not relaxing, not lusid dream. That's a real nightmare. Zero star You can't sleep normally after second night, you'll see only nightmare.
