Great product/even better customer service
Sturdy product. We did have an issue with one of the poles that was packed but the company responded to my email within minutes and overnighted another one. We are very pleased with the product and certainly pleased with the service.

Very good product.
Very easy to set up and take down. Good quality and exactly what I was looking for. The tee could be more sturdy, but would not be as portable if it was. The net itself is sturdy.

Excellent product & customer service
I got this item for my 8 year old son. We are impressed with the quality of the product as well as customer service. One of the weighted balls was damaged. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent out a new set of weighted balls. Super friendly! I would highly recommend this item and this company!

Easy setup great product
Setup was super easy, able to put it all together in about 5 minutes. It’s sturdy and my kid loves using it for practice. All around great buy.

Easy to assemble
Ideal product, but already fraying after a few uses. Seller doesn't offer a return policy. You must use the manufacture warranty. To utilize the manufacture warranty, item must be sent back in original box. Unfortunately, we did not save the box.

Quick and easy set up and breakdown.
Very sturdy netting doesn't get tangled. The polls are plastic but still strong. Definitely would recommend.

Product Failed
Part of the reason I bought this set was to get the heavy balls. One of the three heavy balls (which currently cost $15-$20 if purchased separate) was losing it's filling from day 1 and is useless. I tried to contact the vendor through Amazon with no luck. Can't recommend this based on poor customer service on a defective product.

Baseball Net
Really impressed with this baseball net. It feels very durable and is super easy to set up. I like how it comes with an adjustable tee as well as weighted balls and a strike zone net. Very handy for pitching and batting uses

Je suis un peu déçue, car un des sacs dans la boîte est ouvert... et des morceaux ont déjà été utilisés. Ils sont plein de poudre... espérons que c’est de la craie de terrain de baseball et pas autre chose...!?!

The Tee breaks after 1 practice
Because of COVID I wasn't able to use the tee until now, After 1 practice, the tee breaks apart where the top piece of cheap rubber falls out unraveled so its unable to hold a ball anymore. This is unacceptable, do not buy.The net and the weighted balls are really good tho (that's why its 2 stars)
