Trying to block my dungeon from my neighbors view how well does this adhere newspaper to a wooden window frame?

I bought this to tape down my bingo papers, but I don't think you would have any trouble taping to a window...

Is there a dispenser for this Masking tape?

There is no dispenser. I should tell you that the tape is so thin that it tears when peeling. if you peel off more than 2 inches, it will curl onto itself and becomes unusable. Unfortunately, the return time had passed by the time I used.

Is this mask heat proof?

I plan to use this for acrylic painting Is this thin enough that I'll be able to see pencil markings under the tape after I apply it to canvas/paper?

I got out one of the rolls I bought last year (I ordered a 9-pak), and drew some lines on white paper. I used moderate pressure, like when I use a pencil to write, and then I used a very light touch, where the pencil was barely touching the paper. I didn't expect to be able to see the very light line, but I could. It's faint, but visible. It does have a pretty high tack, so you may want to test it on an untreated canvas first, like someone else mentioned. I don't know anything about that, though. Hope it works well for you.
