THESE BEAUTIFUL THINGS REALLY, REALLY WORK!!! YEAH BABY!!!
If you have a problem with fruit flies, buy these, and you will be SANS PROBLEM.Whether it might be near an indoor garden, a bathroom sink, a kitchen, or wherever, these things will take care of the problem IMMEDIATELY. Forget all of those stupid vinegar and soap traps and whatever else you see to trap fruit flies. Sure, they get some flies, but they do NOT take care of the problem. These DO. You may not like unsightly yellow cards with insects hanging around, but which do you like more? A completely insect free house with NOTHING flying around and an occasional gnarly yellow card with flies and whatnot attached to it, or a house that almsot always has SOME kind of little nastie flying around. The thing about these cards is, they work. Insects are extremely attracted to the yellow color; they fly toward it, and that's the last thing they ever fly toward. That's it. Finito. End of buzzing. End of landing on your plants. End of landing on you. End of having offspring. Keyword being END. I wish my digital camera was working, because you could see that just one of these cards can trap hundreds of fruit flies and other flying insects. So, if you have any issues at all with flying critters in your home or garden (indoors - it's not too nice to use them outdoors, as many beneficial insects will be trapped), just get these and you'll have done with it. I've been using them for years, and they really do work, and consistently will give you the results you want.Pro Tip:In addition to strategically placing these cards in various areas in the home (near lights or hung from ceilings near sunny windows with wire ties and blue painter's tape for example), the following method will make a MONUMENTAL DIFFERENCE in ridding any home of fruit flies on a permanent basis. I have found that doing this, along with using the Kensizer cards, flat out eradicates flying critters in the home, including house filies. Who hasn't experienced the frustration of chasing a fly around? Forget that. If you've got a couple of these cards hanging around, especially if you hang them near any lighting or near sunny windows, that stupid fly will find it's way to the card. Sometimes you can even shoo them into a room which has a card hanging in it, and shut the door. Then just wait a while. It will be O-V-E-R for Senor Fly.Anyway. Ahem. Back to the Pro Tip:In addition to the cards, take a spray bottle, preferably one which is rugged and made for chemicals or at least is not just a generic spray bottle. Any size is OK, but it's more convenient to use a 32 oz or 16 oz bottle. Fill the bottle with cool tap water, and add a few drops of dish soap or even better Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille soap if you have it. If not, regular dish soap is fine. Next add about 50 drops of Peppermint essential oil if using a 32 oz bottle (a non-transparent bottle is best if you have it, to preserve your essential oils). Shake this mixture gently a few times to mix the soap with the essential oil. This helps tremendously to somewhat bond the water and oil so it doesn't just float on the top of the water. But even with the soap added, shake the bottle a few times before each use. Simply spray this Peppermint and water mix into every overflow slot or hole in each and every bathroom sink in the house. Spray it liberally. Fruit flies like to live in bathroom sink overflow traps because there is water and some food. Also spray the mix liberally in all shower drains, kitchen sink drains and bath tub drains. If someone in the home dislikes or is allergic to peppermint, many good strong essential oils will work, such as any of the following essential oils (use the same 50 drops to 32 oz of water mixing ratio for any of these oils):Thyme (strong - kills on contact, but heavy duty in the smell department)Wintergreen (a very lovely smell)LavenderRosemaryCitrus Essential Oils Like Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Etc.Ultimately, you may even get to a point where you no longer need the cards if you are super consistent about your spraying routines (like I am, and it's a bonus for me, 'cause I love being surrounded by peppermint). Either way, if you fail to address the sink overflow and drains issue, you may still not completely take care of the problem, as they will still have a place to breed and potentially feed. If, however, by using this essential oil and water spray routine, you say to the fruit flies: "Fruit Flies, may I present to you, your ASS", you can walk away with a smile on your face as you place your still smoking Peppermint Spray Bottle back in it's holster and go back to having FUN instead of messing around with nasty flies! They're like Alotta Fagina! They're Rancid!

Used for fungus gnats, work very well. Includes ties and dowels.
I noticed a few annoying fungus gnats around lately so I decided to try these traps out to identify if my houseplants were the source. Lo and behold they did manage to trap about a dozen or so and have been a big help in reducing gnat sightings. These traps are well made with strong adhesive on both sides and easily removable backing paper. They also have a punched hole on one side for mounting on a string or stick.I'm not exactly sure how one is supposed to use the included dowels and ties but it's nice to have them. I cut the sheets in half and just prop them up near plants or put a dowel in the soil and thread it through the hole.Very pleased with these and now have enough to manage any gnat issues for quite a while.

Works well, but not much better than clear ones, success depends on fly type
The number of flies in our kitchen have gone down a lot since my roommate and I put sticky traps up. We definitely caught over a hundred with them. Unfortunately, he took the ones on the window down before I could take a picture. I'm glad he took it down, because I thought it'd be gross with all the flies on there, but now I don't know how the taking down process is like... There actually still is one up in our kitchen which I've taken a picture of, but yeah, I'm lazy to take it down myself... In my room, I get less flies, and I just removed the adhesive on one side and placed two on the windowsill, so it'll be much easier to remove them when I feel like it.Anyways, these definitely work. However, my roommate put up clear ones he said he got from walmart, and his clear ones caught just as much as these ones, I think they look nicer, and after he took them off, there's no sticky residue where his clear ones were while we have a bunch of that residue where these yellow ones were. I forgot to take a picture, but it's like when you try to remove the label on a water bottle. Also, the traps are mostly effective on these smaller fruit flies. We caught so many of the small ones, but you see my picture with a small fly and a slightly larger fly? A month or so later, after most of the smaller fruit flies disappeared, we got invaded by a second wave of slightly larger flies, and neither of our sticky traps are very effective on them. Some do still land on them, but very few. We're trapping like maybe 5 of these larger ones a week with the sticky traps. It's been more effective for me to just smash or smear them with the back of my slipper.

Effective, easy to use and will buy more
These sticky traps work. I've caught hundreds of gnats plus some flies and wasps. I bought these March of 24 and still have some left. Will buy more once I've run out.

Great for fruit flies.
If you have fruit flies or plant gnats, these work great. I stuck one at the base of a houseplant and it captures most of the gnats that thing magically produces. For a fruit fly infestation, I used a mason jar with apple cider vinegar and dish soap and stuck a half sheet of this inside the rim (sticking up an inch or two). No success, flies mostly crawled on the outside of the jar. Wrapped it around the outside of the jar from the halfway point up (protruded an inch above the rim)--jackpot. Flies fell by the dozens, lured by the smell of vinegar and caught by sticky paper. I replaced the sticky paper twice because it was covered. An office infestation was taken care of within five days (I supplemented with sticking a few sheets in our garbage cans as well since they liked to congregate there too).I will say that while this is EXTREMELY sticky, the glue doesn't bond quite as well to glass or very smooth plastic surfaces. It'll stick to your fingers like, well, glue, but around a jar or something you have to stick it to itself to get it to stay.
