Now so sure
I ordered the powder version the person it was for can not swallow pills. I’ve been taking as well so I can attest to all of the following:The powder does not blend, the taste and concistency is horrid (but we keep taking it) and have not seen any difference at all. I’m wondering if it needs to Benin your system for quite some time before there is a benefit- hummm maybe I failed to do proper research...
