Pegasus PEG9006 1:350 Alien Tripods Attack Diorama Kit, Multi-Colour

The set includes a scene with two tripods attacking a city. You can see the building, miniature cars and people. The laser beam and explosion effects made of transparent plastic were also a surprise. It's tempting to build some kind of LED in there, but it's hard to find a place for a battery or some kind of power supply. The model is quite complicated with a lot of details and small parts. There was a bit of a problem with pasting the smallest tentacles made of pieces of wire, eventually I gave up on them. The whole thing makes a very good impression.

Good models to collect, those who liked the movie will like these models. They are not easy to assemble, it requires some knowledge in this type of models, but the final painted result looks very good.

My grandson was very excited to receive this gift. With excitement, we tried to assemble, but the pieces do not ‘click’ together. They don’t stay together in any way. Glue might help, but most pieces are very small. Sadly, The box is just on the shelf.

Very detailed model with alot of small parts which is nice if you are lookingfor a challenge. Not just a quick glue and paint model .

Wow this is a very thin very flimsy set . Not for a new model maker and not for kids . They need to update the description

My husband assembled just the tripods so far and that took him about 11-12 hours. Like 3 hour sessions. He doesn’t do this on a regular basis so this time line is not for an experienced person.We do wish the parts were a little thicker especially the tripod legs. And this is not for kids but our 9 year old wanted it for his birthday. Both our guys love the tripods. But I think we’ll wait till our autistic 5 year old gets a little bigger before we do the rest. He just wants to play with everything and it’s not meant for that.
